Maybe this is why Janet from another planet keeps saying the border is safe- the U.S. seems to be in bed with the Cartels- what could possibly go wrong?

Anyone who wants to look can go back and see all the liberal elites and their quotes about man is a cancer and eugenics and the need for abortion et all. We as a country can end this nonsense but it’s a case of my favorite and oft used term... Category Error.
No one A. wants to believe that libs are serious when they say those things and B. think that the problem will magically go away like every other problem because we are “America” and “That doesn’t happen here.” Ah...yea it does. We have a history of things like Tuskegee and interring the Japanese. If we the people continue to ignore reality, we will end up in the same boat. We need to first put the blame where it belongs and then demand and ensure that the laws we claim we live under are enforced.

A little off topic, but not much...
Snitching on other cartels, I don’t think so. Zero needs a billion dollars for re-election and the Chicago way is to shake down the local dopers and pushers. If you stop the drug trade, the dopers and pushers can’t make their payoffs and the Hollywood, rich liberals and progressives, elite bankers and financiers would be very sick without it.
Hell, I first joined FR back in the days of the Mena scandal (and all the others) - feels like deja vu all over again.
Who knows, their balance of trade numbers may show them to be a net importer.

I am so disillusioned tonight. I believe that the criminality is so pervasive that there is little hope outside of a massive Christian revival movement.
I was talking to a friend tonight who is living in fear of being fired because the business owner fired her friend and told her that there were two more going to go. The reason was that the man’s mistress was having problems with some of the other women in the office. They made her sign a non-disclosure agreement before they would give her the severance check.
So, I asked what they were afraid would be disclosed. Apparently the man is doing a lot of illegal business activities and forcing the employees to help or lose their jobs, things like money laundering and kick backs. When I told my friend to just refuse to sign and call the IRS, she said that she needed the severance and that other companies were doing the same thing, that her friends told her that the same type things were going on at their companies.
It sounds like the Democrats are right, a lot of the capitalists are corrupt.

I think we saw some of that “something big” in September 2005, when everyone got called back to DC for a special session. Someone, or something, either individual or cabal has one barrel of a 12 gauge pointed at our heads, and a finger on the trigger. It fired a shot across our bow so to speak, letting us see how quickly our entire economy and stock market could be brought down. We weren’t told who or what that was (that I know of, if someone knows, please inform me).
The other barrel of the 12 gauge is the threat of every major city/ghetto exploding into LA riots at the same time the other barrel goes off. West may have more info about this stuff now.
Make that September 2008 vs. 2005 (oops).
