The Obama Administration today announced a virtual amnesty-by-decree for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, whose deportations will be “indefinitely delayed”. In addition, Obama finally announced a jobs program – but for ILLEGAL ALIENS, not citizens – as those 300,000 illegals will also become eligible for “work permits“.
This action represents an administrative end-run around Congress, which twice rejected the ‘DREAM Act’ in 2010. As disgraceful as is this usurpation of Congressional authority, this announcement is even worse than is being reported.

It’s bad news for anyone who likes lawful and constitutional government.
I’ve seen a debate on this on the Fox News. One commentator, Steve C. presented con arguments pointing out that back in June the immigration laws were already laxed when administration said we’re gonna have a fresh look, blocking deportation of young illegals or those with kids in States. He said now this is a continuation of the June policy and obviously this is a ploy to win a Latino vote for 2012 (Monica, the host lady said that). He stressed this is a judicial dictatorship since this reform never passed through Congress. Some lady then took a pro stance pointing out there’s no money to deport all illegals, so you have to focus solely on violent criminals, that illegal entry is not a crime but only an act of a civil disobediance, and there’s no reason to apply from abroad to get in. Well, this seems like a childish rebuff by the administration, who were shocked they would now need to borrow at higher interest following a rise on debt ceiling, so now they’re cutting down on non-essential services. Entitlements will of course stay. And it’s electioneering where it counts.
It’s ALL about electioneering with this fake president!
And this is just about the straw that breaks the camel’s back.
Deportation couldn’t possibly cost as much as keeping them all on the public dole! Not even close!!
Congress had just better address this ASAP! (yeah, right)
He has just nullified the LAW of this Country.
LAWs were passed thru the Constitutionally accepted manner that established these people as having broken the LAW, that’s why they are Illegal.
NOW he decrees that they in-fact are not to be subject to that LAW and so therefor he has in-fact just nullified the LAW of America with only the signature of HIS pen.
Impeachment CAN BE the ONLY remedy.
He does not possess the Constitutional Power to negate the LAWs of this Country.
Well, till someone or some entity steps in and calls a
halt, he HAS effectively negated those laws.
I just hope the ones who CAN do so, WILL do so!
Unfortunately, we the people can’t impeach the evil one,
or it would already be in the process.

Every Freeper needs to understand that amnesty for illegals is a US Chamber of Commerce and corporatist w@t dream. Corporatism is not conservatism especially our 2011 version of crony globalist corporatism.
There is no end to the greed of some, and there is little patriotism that puts America first. Some feel as long as they are getting rich and screwing Americans that they as conservatives are patriots....I beg to disagree.
Either you are for advancing the interests of all Americans or you are against America. In that respect Perry was right about calling Bernanke treasonous.
Both Parties are beholden to a few and willing to shaft the masses as long as the few get the bennies. That’s why China is now eating our lunch. Our government had an obligation to defend America and our economy too, but they instead gave the spoils to a few on Wall St. The Constitution and the issue isn’t about defending ideologies or a concept of capitalism, it is about defending the USA economy, whatever that takes.
Now we have global corporations that have zero ties to the USA telling us who should be elected. It’s wrong for America.
