Of course these students are unemployable when they ‘graduate’.
The cold hard facts are staring them in the face and still Liberals are grinding the same old ax.
Growing up, I lived in a working class neighborhood, mostly ethnic and black.
We all went to the same school, same teachers, same books, same instruction... SOME kids chose to screw off. They are still down there and unemployed or underemployed.
Proof that it was racism that elected 0bama:
If he wasn’t “black”, he wouldn’t have been elected.
In 0bama’s own words: “no one disputes that”.
In Zimbabwe in 2009 the unemployment rate was listed at 95%. Not sure how many racist whites are left there to create such a situation.
What digital divide? Have you ever seen a person of color without a cell phone, iPod, etc? On the other hand, have you seen any person UNDER 25 without those things?

Black unemployment is indemic to a culture that refuses to mainstream behavior, speak proper English and dress appropriately for jobs.
Nothing stopping them or anyone else from getting a job, even if they have to move. Maybe they will move a better social environment that rewards hard work and appropriate behavior.
Are Chinese immigrants racist for working their butts off, excelling in school and work?
Why is that Cupertino Schools are top performers are dominated by the Chinese?
I’ll tell you:
Parents who are deeply involved in their childrens lives.
Parents who expect you to clean your room, be organized, excel at school and do something with your life that is rewarding and makes the parents proud.
That’s what it takes. Hard work.
Now if you really want to make it big, you need a dream. Then you can work hard and smart.
It allows you to intersperse your life with everything and stimulate your entire personality.
“You want to see some real unemployment in the hood? Legalize drugs.”
Who wants to work for $7-8 an hour when they can make the big bucks with drugs? It would be really hard to convince these guys it’s worth it.
Having a real father in the home, married and committed to the mother of the children,

Well she may be correct. Over 90% of blacks voted for Obama, a proportion way outside normal distributions. If can surmise they did so because he was one of them, their unemployment is due to racism.
She is right—it is racism but—its the whole entitlement—I deserve something for nothing view— that has ruined the black community—a terrible legacy of the Civil Rights Movement. MLK would be disgusted with what Blacks have done with they freedom and the political system they have evolved. Blacks were freer in the 1950s when they had their own communities. They need to solve their own problems rather than blame the “evil White Man” for all their ills. Look to the Message of Bill Cosby. Blacks must look into their own hearts and stop hate that grows there.

There's a story I've heard from blacks from West Coast to East Coast, justifying why black people can't make it and are 'forced' to smoke crack.
One, the white controlled government has a conspiracy to put half the black men in jail, two, the white controlled corporations have a conspiràcy not to hire black men, third, it's common knowledge the government specifically the CIA bring coke in by the ton just to poison black communities, so they might as well give in to the white man and smoke crack.
If I had a dollar for every time I've heard this tale over the last 30 years we'd all be eating lobster. So when I hear "white conspiracy theory" I think, Oh, they're running to the old Crackhead Defense again...
