Even the RATS aren't happy with it http://bluenc.com/new-obama-centric-dnc-logo-bothers-me That particular complaint-fest was from last year and was aimed at the overall DNC logo, not the new convention logo. However, I'll bet there are plenty of Dems who dislike the new one as well.
It is obviously derived from the 2008 Obama campaign symbol, which states pretty clearly that they're not anticipating a primary challenge for Zero. We'll see.
