She was the White House intern who found fame for all the wrong reasons.
Now, 17 years later, Monica Lewinsky is still trying to play down her scandalous affair with then-President Bill Clinton.
She is single, her line of handbags failed to catch on and, according to the National Enquirer, is living the life of a near recluse.
Monica, 38, flits between homes in Los Angeles owned by her mother, her father and brother and an apartment in New York that is also owned by the Lewinsky family. But her life is far from a social whirl of a-list parties and she is said to spend much of her time alone.
An insider told The Enquirer that Monica has given up her own place and moves between the two coasts trying to work out projects that may never get off the ground. Her apparent goal is to set up her own public relations company.
The insider said: 'Monica's self-esteem is at an all-time low.

She had a chance for a good life, but she blew it.
Google and read the sad story of Lady Jane Grey, the two week queen, who was beheaded 7 months later by order of Queen Mary I. Her father sounds exactly like Monica’s father; using their daughters as props to advance their own political ambitions.

I feel sorry for her. She made a really stupid decision, but she was also young, and seduced by the master (who also happened to be the most powerful guy in the world)
Clinton flies around the world treated like a hero, and this poor girl can’t even go to dinner without being gawked out. Just doesn’t seem right.
I recall that this was going on while corporate supervisors and managers across the land were sitting through endless hours of sexual harassment training to learn how wrong this sort of behavior is. What we learned is how absurd and hypocritical government mandates at social control are.

Yes she needs to change her name for sure since it's in the Urban Dictionary, plus lose some weight. get a new hairstyle, and move someplace where no one knows her if she truly wants out of the limelight.
I completely agree. At her age (back in the Clinton days) I did some less than honorable things too, and thankfully they didn’t happen in the Oval Office.
What she did was unbelievably dumb but the price she paid for it is excessive. I do think she should change her name, and do her best to live a private life. All is not lost for her, if she lets go of her past and lives for the future.

Lose 75 pounds, cut and dye your hair, change your name, get off mommy’s and daddy’s gravy train, get away from the cities and the elites, move to middle America, get a job.

I haven’t read anything about her for several years. The last I recall, she had just had an abortion, and the media were falling over themselves to find out if the baby she killed was Bill Clinton’s.
I agree. Clearly she acted foolishly and she will (and has) obviously pay for it. But.....

Yeah, that's kind of how I see it as well. She certainly was a skank, but to have that ruin your entire life is just kind of sad. Especially since Clinton himself, the far more guilty party, seems to have recovered from hit quite well.
Of course, it doesn't help her chances of moving on when she'd apparently still get back with him in a minute, and says that no other guy will ever be able to take his place. She's definitely got issues, but it's sad nevertheless.
Unfortunately, I cannot see it happening for her. She appears to be consumed by self-pity, liberal faith, and spending her parent's money. No wonder her existence is such a void in her soul.
