There are certainly goals that the President outlined tonight, that Republicans can work with him on. Good people can disagree; we should move quickly to pass the areas where there is common agreement, so that we can grow this economy and create jobs.

Oh, and by the way...where's the bill? All I heard is that he gave a speech. There does not seem to be a bill as of yet. Supposedly it is still being written. Supposedly it will be delivered to Congress...sometime.
So, Congress had to be called in to hear a lecture about how they should pass a bill that does not exist???
Where are the 72 hours for review? Boehner should say, "Yes, let's vote on the bill tomorrow...by the way....where is it again, Mr. President?"
