More Deaths Associated with HPV Vaccine
Dakota Voice. ^ | 9/21/07 | Staff

From Lifesite.net:

As of May 11, 2007, the 1,637 adverse vaccination reactions reported to the FDA via the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) included 371 serious reactions. Of the 42 women who received the vaccine while pregnant, 18 experienced side effects ranging from spontaneous abortion to fetal abnormalities. Side effects published by Merck & Co. warn the public about potential pain, fever, nausea, dizziness and itching after receiving the vaccine. Indeed, 77% of the adverse reactions reported are typical side effects to vaccinations. But other more serious side effects reported include paralysis, Bells Palsy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and seizures.

Judicial Watch informed LifeSiteNews.com that a subsequent request for information on adverse reactions to the HPV vaccine, covering the period from May 2007 to September 2007, found that an additional 1800 adverse reactions have been reported, including more deaths. Exactly how many more deaths will be released in the coming days, Judicial Watch’s Dee Grothe informed LifeSiteNews.com.

How many deaths are associated with dehydration? The flu? Some elderly person acquiring a disease that most of us could shrug off without second thought?

I agree with you there. I would also like to know some percentages or proportions compared to everyone who receives the vaccine as well.

Has anyone stopped to ask the obvious question?

If there were truely any deaths associated with this vaccination (instead of just rumors of deaths), don’t you think trial lawyers would be all over this like flies on manure?

And yet there are no class action lawsuits, no lawyers on TV with grieving parents, no TV ads saying “if you were given the HPV vaccine, call the law firm of Will, Chethem, and Howe; we’ll represent you.” In fact, there is nothing out there.

I'm sure there are some. Is the taking of aspirin mandated by government? Therein, I think, would lie the difference.

Forced vaccination is very much like human sacrifice. The idea is that a few people will be made to suffer for the greater good. True, in the former case no victim is specifically selected. The principle, however, is the same.

Excuse me but I don’t think women who took this while pregnant had anything to do with Perry’s vaccinations for schoolgirls.

I am open to any medical issues about any vaccine. However, I accept childhood vaccinations and without them we would have all kinds of epidemics and lots more kids would die.

In order for it to be "forced" there would not be an Opt Out clause which there was in the Perry case.

Another fact: Approximately 5.5 million new HPV transmissions occur in the United States every year.

Of the 42 women who received the vaccine while pregnant...

Who in their right mind gives a vaccination to a pregnant woman?

So 42 times a doctor screwed up and gave it to a pregnant woman when he wasn't supposed to. You're going to blame that on the drug company?

If a doctor injected a pregnant woman with anti-freeze, would you blame the maker of the anti-freeze? No, it's the doctor that screwed up.

Same case here. Out of the millions of times this vaccination was given, 42 times THE DOCTOR SCREWED UP and gave it to a pregnant woman WHEN HE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO.

You can't blame the manufacturer of a drug if it is being misused or adminsitered incorrectly.

Again, the most severe reactions were lost pregnancies. (BTW just because someone reports something that occurred after vaccination does NOT mean the vaccine was the cause).

I’m pretty sure Texas did not force pregnant women to have this vaccine. For example, my state had no mandatory vaccination on this and we made sure our daughter got the vaccine.

http://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/Vaccines/HPV/gardasil.html

35 million injections to date. 1800 serious reactions (.01%) 32 (.000001%) deaths but ..

“In the 32 reports confirmed, there was no unusual pattern or clustering to the deaths that would suggest that they were caused by the vaccine and some reports indicated a cause of death unrelated to vaccination.”

So you oppose the polio vaccine? (That's a yes or no question, btw).

Remember, before the vaccine there were as many as 27,000 cases in the USA and 6,000 deaths annually. Most of those were children that ended up as cripples, or worse in iron lungs for the rest of their lives.

Is this really what YOU want to go back to?

This issue has been around for 3 years now I presume...

Where are the stats on the reduction in cancer? Where?

If there was some the drug companies would throw the stats in our faces.

Silence, no stats to support after 3 years it seems.

Because you know... being a “skanky girl” is the only way to get HPV. Not her husband who caught it sometime before settling down and getting married, not an adulterous husband who had sex on his wife and brought something home, not from some rapist who dropped some GHB in her drink while she was out on a night around the town with her girlfriends.

Yes, this is the skanky girl vaccine. Hmmhmm.

If the vaccination is mandatory, they don’t have a choice.

You have veered into fringe, nutcase territory.

Plenty of people here on FR have told of how they were NOT required to take MANDATORY vaccinations, because of some existing medical condition. (Usually because of some existing illness or condition that has compromised their immune system).

Mandatory vaccinations are old, old law.

Congress has substantially limited the ability to sue a vaccine maker and SCOTUS has reinforced that with a ruling.

The reason you don’t see lawsuits is because they are next to impossible to win.

Wrong question
The more appropriate question is:

Do you want to take from the People the right to determine their own medical treatment and give that right to the State? The right to force the People to accept any medical treatment the State decides is appropriate?

We can argue the merits of the Gardisil vaccination ( I happen to think there are good arguments on both sides), and both of us can remain on reasonable ground.

But when people start going out there and saying we should start eliminating ALL mandatory vaccinations and start portraying all mandatory vaccinations (from polio to rubella) as akin to an act of the Devil, then I think they've drifted over into nutter territory.

I really don't think a lot of the anti-Gardisil people have thought their position through to its logical end. If you have a problem with this specific vaccination (Gardasil), fine. I can understand that. But do you really want to go down the road of saying ALL mandatory vaccinations are evil?

If the vaccination is mandatory, they don’t have a choice.

That is utterly ridiculous and absolutely false. Woman who are pregnant or think they might be pregnant are not to get this vaccine, even the manufacturer says that.

This vaccine is mandatory in Virginia for girls going into 6th grade - my daughter is in 8th and has not yet had the vaccine. Opting out is simple. At the time I was not comfortable with the research on such young girls and discussed it with our doctor, he was of the same opinion as I am, and as he is also a research MD I trusted him. His opinion she was too young, also jived with that of another research MD I had consulted.

We will revisit the issue next year when she is entering high school.

Not all forms of HPV are caused by promiscuity. There are numerous strains with various vectors. Some strains have been linked to liver cancer, others to lung cancer and still another is believed to cause ulcers.

While the strains this vaccine targets are considered STDs, not all strains are.

All vaccines (and medicines) have side affects, you just have to read the insert-leaflet that comes inside the box along side the vaccine to find that out or review the Congressional record before the drug’s approval to really find out what a nightmare injections are. Most of time lobbying of Congress is just to cap liability damages more than anything else and the escape clause for Congress, no matter how dangerous the drug, is an opt-out wavier for the public unless you are in the military then you get a drug cocktail for free with no chance of suing for side effects.

Most of the time the cure is worse than the disease esp. considering long term effects.

How many deaths are attributable to aspirin every year??

What vaccines are for anyway? It boost the immune system to produce antibodies to fight the antigens (whatever). What is HPV? Human papilloma viruses mostly transmitted sexually. So if the person not f*cking around what would you even consider taking it?

How many women actually die of cervical cancer? Cancer of the cervix was thought to be caused by an uncircumcised penis, since Jewish women never or rarely get the disease and nearly all Jewish men are circumcised. Oh I'm circumcised but not a Jew.

Zero deaths attributed to not taking the vaccine, and zero incidences of catching a STD while practicing Abstinence.

Perhaps instead of rolling the Pharmaceutical dice on all the children in school while teaching them how to have sex, we should teach kids not to have sex until married, and how to read, write and do arithmetic instead.

Just thinking...

You must be unaware of the protection provided Big Pharma by the U.S. Government. In some cases, blanket liability protection is provided by statute. In other cases, all cases must be adjudicated only through the federal Vaccine Injury Program.

HPV is sexually transmitted.

People who don't have sex before marriage don't transmit HPV in marriage.

Are you attributing to circumcision the lack of disease transmission, or could it be instead that these men were abstinent before marriage?

Your reading comprehension is failing you. There are opt outs for all vaccines.

I saw the line about pregnant women in the article, however I seriously doubt any of them were 11 year old girls going into 6th grade in public school. That is the “mandate.”

Most of those women most likely did not know they were pregnant, or got pregnant during the course of the 3 shot series, or their doctor screwed up. That is NOT the fault of the manufacturer. And before you even think about it, I hate the pharmaceutical industry for reasons beyond just this, in other words I am no defender of them.

Millions of dollars of advertizing on vaccines, and people line up to argue for the Government “right” to demand vaccines be given to children against the parents consent.

What ever happend to The land of the Free? Or is it now just the Home of the Knave? Have the people of America become the sheeple of Amerika?

I personally do not subscribe to the guy in the white coat form of medicine. It is much too much barbaric for the 21st century. Science has come a long ways from the “Cut the tonsils out, they don’t do anything anyway” barbarism.

I think the idea of injecting a toxic substance, be it alive, dead or killed is plain stupid. If it worked all that good, 99% of people do it, so there is no disease to catch right?

My Mom got Typhoid fever from a vaccination, my Grandma was killed by a drug IN a hospital. The 4th leading cause of death is drugs given by a doctor.

So I think I will opt for a doctor vaccine and trust God for a long and happy life. Has worked for me so far and the insurance payments equal my savings account. Working to buy some land...

No you are not. Not all strains of HPV are STDs. And while the strains this is purported to protect against are usually sexually transmitted there are others transmitted in other manners.

I don't oppose this vaccine, I oppose how it was marketed to be made mandatory. Oppose the mandate, as I did, but do it in a rational manner, do it based upon the science as I did.

You are making my point. Given this statement, I don’t know how you can justify government mandated vaccinations.

Notice that I don’t have a problem with the vaccine manufacturer. Anybody can go to their doctor and take the vaccine at their own risk. They don’t need to be forced by the government to take the vaccine at school without medical advice.
