I have an alternate theory. He believes the rich JOOS don't pay, sooo it would make sense that... "You don’t want billionaires to pay the same ["zero"] tax rate as a JOO..." You know how crafty those JOOS are - you'd think they were all janitors - but billionaires SHOULD pay.

Dan Quayle went to an elementary school for a photo op. They were having a spelling bee. The teacher handed Quayle a card. The card said "P-O-T-A-T-O-E". Quayle asked a student to spell "potato" and then noted that the student's answer of "P-O-T-A-T-O" was incorrect.

You can even see in the video that he asks the teacher a question before doing so -- his initial instinct was that "potatoe" was not correct.
