Did anyone catch the question Chrisianne Amamediawhore lied about Perry “owning” the ranch in the question to Herman Cain then later admit is was leased? When you lease a car do you own it? NO!

Cain destroyed her BTW.

Cheney admitted in other interviews that he was a bit miffed GW did not commute Scooter's sentence.

I saw some of that interview. Looked like to me that Dandy Candy, who gets made over every couple of weeks but she's still a porker, was only there to get the Cheneys ti kneel. To tell how wonderful the Dear Leader is. And how he is prosecuting the war just like GW except for that "horrible torture of waterboarding."

It was all BS. All agenda driven. Typical CNN interview.

Two takes on your pic, mine and the Big Mew's....

The Big Mew took a look at the pic and thought: Album cover of Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here.

My first thought: Laurel and Hardy.

FWIW :-)

I didn’t see all of that but would not surprise me. Is it just me or is Christianne just plain dumb?

Click here for a pic of the album cover.

I needed to refresh my recollection. And the Big Mew just reminded me the "riding the gravy train" lyric is from a song on that album.

Fish: His obesity would be forever a distraction in any kind of political campaign.

Bernard: Not to defend the governor, but to paraphrase Dr. King, I have a dream that some day a man will be judged by the content of his character and not the volume of his skin.

A person's race (color of his skin) is separate from his character. The color of a person's skin has zero to do with that person's behavior, vision, priorities, and self-discipline.

A person's obesity is PURELY the result of behavior, vision, priorities, and self-discipline.

Judging a man by the "content of his character and not the volume of his skin ...." Let's say you're looking for a fitness trainer and nutrition counselor. You'd be a fool not to judge the trim one with glowing, healthy skiin as better for your needs than the fat one with the bad complexion -- regardless of what race EITHER one was.

Anecdotally speaking: In my work, I deal with many very successful entrepreneurs. About 8 out of 10 of those successful folks make it a priority to include a fitness routine in their very busy schedules because THEY KNOW that being fit and healthy affects their brains as well as their bodies.

Achieving and maintaining good physical looks is a side effect; the REAL goal is to achieve and maintain a better mental state. Eating smart and staying physically fit AFFECTS THE BRAIN AND THE PSYCHE in a good way. Eating stupidly and being sedentary affects the brain and the psyche in a bad way. You may not like it -- I sure don't like having to get up before sunrise in order to be able to squeeze a workout into my day, and I sure don't like that I can't just eat a donut for breakfast and have done with it -- but whether or not I like it has zero to do with the reality. It's like the law of gravity -- it's there whether I like it or not.

Indeed, Christie's obesity IS a reflection on the "content of his character."

We want Christie in to split the Mitt Rino vote. More the merrier.

Yes! That occurred to me a little while after I posted. It may even help Herman Cain now that he has been acknowledged (at least by some) to be top tier.

If Christie hops in with big numbers (and who is he going to take from but Mitt?) and then crashes and burns, people will be looking to the leaders to switch to which will feature Cain. I hope.

PB, take a look at #172: This morning, C. Amanpour tried to play gotcha with Herman Cain, quoting CC saying that the fears Cain and other conservatives have voiced about Sharia Law creeping into our country is “just crazy”. Herman stayed calm and said, “well, then, call me crazy”. LOL, you've got your guy.

You are so right. She grills them about the WMD in Iraq, a subject so old it’s rusty, she goes after silly stuff...nothing remotely today, just a harangue...and a boring one at that.

Just cause I want to put my two cents in here and don’t go thinking I’m all fit and trim....but I had a heart bypass, I got a dog, and I got to get up early and get out to exercise for an hour and a half every day just to push my blood through my body, get it moving. And the dog needs to run as well.

Christie is a walking target for criticism as, I say softly, he’s not pudgy, or fluffy....he’s very, very, unhealthily, heavy.

And yes, I judge him on that. You don’t have to be skinny, I’ll even go for some twenty/twenty fives pound beyond what should be as maybe I don’t have room to talk. But being nice here, Christie’s got fifty extra pounds packed on, being honest, he should lose 70+ pounds.

We’ll spend his entire campaign watching fat people do funny things, puns with “overweight” will flood the air waves....sorry....but I’ll state that it’s more his liberalism and endorsement of Mike Castle that has me mad at him but his weight is an issue, do not delude yourself.

Actually, on the RINO side it used to be Chuck Hagel. They absolutely loved him.

Sorry, but somebody had to do it.

If Christy jumps in it will be an earthshaking development of seismic proportions, possibly leading to tectonic shifts in the political landscape...

Clarification: Bush DID commute Libby’s sentence. What he did NOT do was give him a full pardon, which has kept him from practicing law.

Libby did not go to jail due to the commutation. cheney wanted him to have a full pardon.

I do not know Bush’s reasoning on this, but what I do know are the results.

My understanding is to run in the S.C. primary you must have paperwork in by 14 October.

So she's got until then. S.C. is the conservative balance to the more Liberal Iowa caucuses and the Libertarian NH primary. Sarah will need her name on the Ballot in S.C.

I'm really hoping she'll run. Our Alabama primary isn't until February 7th, and the deadline to enter is 29 January, so I can wait until then!

Now watch some democrat try to argue that getting rid of the lobbyists will take jobs away from people who depend on their billions of $$!
