That’s amazing because she was hated at the beginning of the trial.

No kidding. This one has been hinky. The “experts” that helped overturn this were appointed by the court NOT paid for by the family.

Was watching Shep during the announcement and he said: “...the death penalty isn’t used in Italy or anywhere else in the “civilized” world!” Was that the little butt-buddy’s way of, yet again, slamming the U.S.? Libs never change...

Good news for the “let’s acquit all the hot girls” crowd here on FR.

The evidence thing was what Shemp thought.

Awesome, awesome news. Really shocking though they let her go. This was an anti-American crusade from the start.

It sounds like the DNA evidence was so weak that it should never ever have been allowed to have been entered against her. She must’ve had a piece of crap for a defense attorney the first time around.

FoxNews reported that the prosecutor of this case has several questionable ethical issues.

If she’s truly innocent, she’ll never get these past two years of her life back and it just goes to show how quickly one’s life can be turned into a shambles and she’s lucky to have been able to be acquitted.

If she is truly guilty in this murder, God knows it.

From TMZ.

An Italian appeals court has overturned the murder conviction of Amanda Knox — and a judge ordered her to be released from custody immediately.

Knox burst into tears — and was immediately rushed out of the courtroom by armed police officers.

Knox’s family plans to fly her out of the country and back into the U.S. as soon as possible.

Cheers rang out inside the courtroom when the ruling was read. Outside the courthouse, the reaction was more mixed — with people chanting, cheering and booing.

Amanda’s conviction for falsely accusing her former employer of murdering Meredith Kercher was upheld — and she was sentenced to 3 years behind bars. But since Knox has already spent 4 years in custody, she will not serve any additional time in prison for that crime.

The court also overturned the murder conviction of Knox’s ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito — who was also ordered to be released from custody.

Welcome to instant fame and fortune courtesy of the dumb old USA. She may not have done it, but from evidence the MSM doesn't want to talk about (multiple changing of her story) She knows plenty.

“I don’t know if she did it or not, but I am happy for her parents. I hope they have a better influence over her from now on.”

Yeah... I hope she doesn’t continue to murder.

Yeah, I don't get all the hate. Apparently there was no credible physical evidence whatsoever connecting her to the crime.

As for someone's "Casey Anthony jury" comment, there was no jury. It was an appeal. It was decided by a panel of judges. If there was a jury at fault it must have been the one that convicted her on flimsy evidence.

They wanted this girl out of Italy as fast as possible! Wash their hands of the whole mess. It was a no-brainer!

How do you figure? The Prosecutor is notorious for making up stuff to fit his story. Private investigators have looked into the case and say her story makes way more sense than the Prosecutors. Italian Parliament is looking into ways to shut this dude down because he has a history of this stuff. He is bad news.

How do you figure this is the same as the Anthony case?

That is the most un-brilliant post I have read in a very long time.

You only read the “headlines” and now you want us to type up what you didn’t read. LMAO

Try Google, but you will still need to read more than the headlines.

Thanks for the laugh.....

Hows that? She went through a trial and was convicted.

She went through a second appeals trial and was found innocent.

The Casey trial let Casey go from the get go.

No comparison.
