We already have a name for this. It’s called “tourism.” Some countries live off it, but I wouldn’t exactly call them the world’s richest. That is, in contradistinction to certain regions, which are in fact wildly rich. But it doesn’t work for an entire country of our size.

They send their kids to our public schools ,, they really like the price on that one ... we pay for them!
