I think you are totally wrong. She could write another best selling book just about the shit that has been done to her by the media, The Rats, and the dirty bastard Republicans who want to keep their Fiefdom.

The election is not over, we have more than a year to go.

I was 100% for Palin until I had to face the fact that the trashing by the media had enough effect that she would be difficult to elect - supposedly even the majority of Republicans didn’t want her to run. I vehemently oppose what was done to her but the reality is that it worked. And it became obvious that Sarah recognized this as well. Her last interview with Greta said it all. She was talking up Herman Cain and talking herself down. I’m very very sad - and angry - at what has been done to her by both the left and the RINOS. But we have work to do. We need to elect someone other than that mad communist who is now in the WH. No time for tears.

[Obviously she has her reasons and I’m not privy to them but we needed her and she will not be there.]

My guess is her polling led her to believe she couldn’t win. Too bad. She would have made an exellent President.

Excellent post, in fact I’d say POST OF THE DAY.

Welcome back. Take your shoes off. Set a spell.

Thanks Indy, I'm just trying to get caught up, I can't believe Vladimir Putin is about to become President again, did he get a face lift? I'm taking your advice, I need to sit down. ;)

It wasn’t that we did not want to see her run. it was that we wanted to see her in the debates, on the trail, and battling it out w the others.

her rabid supporters shouted everyone down, trolled every thread, attacked everyone else, and made this site a 24 7 smear machine.

palin never had any intention of running from day 1 and you need to accept that.

>>As you pointed out earlier, irony is...<<

You seem to have a new and heretofore completely unknown definition of “irony.”

Sarah Palin is young yet. Unlike some, I don’t think she is over because she didn’t run.

She is lovely, energetic, a great marketer.

She could run for a Senate seat, do more TV. Who knows?

Maybe she will put out another book on all this.

It’s not just the right message. It’s the right messenger with the right attitude. Easy going, doesn’t fluster, willing to take the fight to Obama...he’s exactly the guy we need in the WH right now. A truly inspriational story of a man who came from nothing and earned everything.

I do feel your pain—as you well know....I hope we all can be civil and unite behind someone who, while not as much the “white knight” as Sarah had become, will be passionate for the things we, as conservatives, hold dear.

....and will rid the white house of the vermin that has taken up residence there.

Someone told me that Sarah moved to ARIZONA!?!?

Maybe she'll run for Jon Kyl's seat, I'm sure John McCain would endorse her, after all the support she gave to him, you think?

Thanks, amigo.

I am tempted to post (without names) all the emails I got from people who agreed with me (and the small number of people who dared speak up) but who didn’t want the flak and grief (and outright hate).

But writing styles sometimes can point to the poster and I take the rule about no reposting PMs very seriously — even when anonymized.

He has plenty of time to go after Romney,Perry is just easy pickins. Most freepers know that there are just too many people that will not vote for a Mormon.

Thank you! I am sick and tired of all of the quitters on this page. Those people who know, just KNOW, that this once proud Republic is finished. I disagree. My support is with Cain, but with people like FREEPERS and Tea Partiers, our nation won’t be lost without a fight. And fight like hell we will my friends. Now, let’s go defeat Romney and Obama.

If she doesn't run now it's inconceivable that she'd EVER run.

When is the Republican candidate ever going to be more likely to win?

And the thing of it is, she's now completely irrelevant. The only reason she got any attention at all is because she MIGHT run. Now, she'll get about as much attention as Christine O'Donnell.
