Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has offered his own $804 billion jobs plan that calls on the federal government to hire the nation’s 15 million unemployed Americans for jobs paying roughly $40,000 each, and bail out all the states and cities facing budget crises.

In an interview with the Daily Caller on Wednesday, the Illinois Democrat applauded President Obama for directing his staff to greenlight job-creating initiatives without congressional approval after his $447 billion jobs bill was defeated in the Senate this week.

“Now we’re making some progress,” Jackson said, comparing the legislative gridlock in Congress to the states that seceded from the union during the Civil War.

"We've seen Congress is in rebellion," he said, "determined to wreck or ruin at all costs."

Jackson said the government’s direct hiring of the nation’s 15 million unemployed Americans would cost $600 billion.

“It could be a five-year program,” he said. “For another $104 billion, we bail out all of the states. For another $100 billion, we bail out all of the cities.”

“We put people to work cleaning up communities. We put people to work through a civilian conservation corps, through a Works Progress Administration because the hour demands it,” he said

This is what you get when dirty-faced little boys use their father's influence and notoriety to buy a seat in Congress. The musings of an idiot.

Give the Affirmative Action Anus, legitimate son of the other illegitimate Affirmative Action Anus, full credit when credit is due, Whitey!

Rep. Jackson's Plan is simply too late. It probably would have worked a lot better than the Stimulus sold our Congress by the Affirmative Action Anus from Africa ... and would have been a lot cheaper.

To keep these fellows in perspective I recommend

Apparently he is just repeating what the paid demonstrators of “Occupy Wall Street” demand. One was quoted as saying they want a twenty dollar an hour minimum wage which he called a living wage and then secondly they wanted a living wage “regardless of employment”.

It’s better than Obama’s “Jobs” plans; his programs have cost 300-400k+ per job.

"they wanted a living wage “regardless of employment"

..but that is the nature of the entitlement mentality of "the self anointed artists, free thinkers, delusional actor fantasy types, etc., that make up a real smaller # of young adults who make up the majority of The Whole- these youth who get LEFT OUT OF BIG MEDIA COVERAGE, who are attending college or working more than one job; and I have seen them passing by the #OWL wannabe protesters. The majority do want to earn a good wage, do want to raise family enjoy life within an extended family structure. They are the majority, just "in the shadows" an ever popular term.

We only see what the media and this administration wants us to see to build up emotions, get ratings especially as MSNBC who thrive off hate/class warfare-the hypocrites that they are when lights go off.

Youth unemployment: can’t work or won’t work? Although youth unemployment is at its highest eve [UK], there are jobs to be found. Why are so many filled by immigrants? this story asks as the Telegraph's Alasdair Palmer investigates...

--winter is coming...how's that tent working for you? unless you get fortunate like Kerry and become some bored rich woman's "toy boy" who happens to live close by.
