BTW, DeLauro’s New Haven district has an extensive “Diaper Bank” that already distributes free diapers to so-called “poor” people (you know, the ones who have Comcast cable, 55” flat screens, Wii, Playstation, Nintendo DS for all kids, gold jewelry and designer shoes and a Lexus SUV).
