Sources tell ABC News that the president will announce today that US troops in Iraq will draw down to zero by the end of the year.
A White House official says that at approximately 11:30am today, President Obama convened a secure video conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to talk with him about this news.

I’m in support of this if the reason is Iraq’s refusal to give our troops immunity. I agree. Add to that an agreement to recoup money to defray the expense of the war via oil pricing incentives. Freedom isn't free.

Keep in mind this had to be leaked by Obama’s inner circle (a trial balloon?), if the call happened at 11:30 am and a reporter has the information posted to the internet by 12:30 pm. The government leaks like crazy, but it usually does leak this quickly.
