Rubio meets all qualifications to serve as president of the US.

His parents birthplace are not an issue.

The constitutional requirements are the same for Black Obama, Hispanic, Rubio, and White McCain. In other-words .... race has NOTHING to do with it.

The Constitution sets the requirements for president. We insist that the rules be followed by Republicans as well as Democrats, or anyone else.
