The cops need to call their parents and tell them to come get their kids.
Heck, the parents all probably groaned when they heard the news about the clamp down. They’ve enjoyed having their kids out from under their feet for a few weeks!
Also, the parents should be slapped wiht a few fines to ensure that they punish their brats for acting out like this. Threaten a few fines for breaking ordinances and for cleanup expenses and you’ll see a change of attitude mighty quick.
