You’ve read how the serpent seduced Eve into taking a bite of the forbidden apple? The Mormon Church uses the same method to draw people in as Satan did.

As far as bannug is concerned we should all use our better judgement in whom we allow into our heads!

I don’t like the Rush ads or that one with the guy smoking... seriously Cain needs to hire better ad people.

Ah, but I do like them. So, there you go.

LOL. Most people have Perry at 17 million. the money hasn’t gone up. But, 3 million for a campaign like Cain’s is more than enough...and heck, he is winning, right?

This is great news! I’m very cautiously optimistic, and I’m loving what I see so far! I’m thrilled especially at the fact that Cain is EXPLODING the fallacy that “Politics is the art of the possible”! Why limit ourselves? NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! The spirit of his campaign really could inspire people in a REAL way - not the hope and change rhetoric people fell for with Obama. He is leading by example, and it’s a wonderful thing to see!

ROFL... If you’ve got to spend upwards of $442.00 PER VOTE in Iowa (as Romney had to back in 2007), and when you consider the other per vote expenditures of his campaign in that primary season, and then he STILL doesn’t get the nomination? That, my friend, indicates a HORRIBLE problems with the candidate himself. It’s not like people didn’t know his name either...

In comparison look at the rise in name recognition for Cain, then consider that he’s done that WITHOUT the need to spend MILLIONS... Ideas, and character MATTER. With that as the basis of your campaign money becomes less of a concern.

With the blue text and photo you have to be putting in HTML... If you’d like me to help code this so you can just copy & paste I’d be happy to do so. Just let me know here or send me a Freepmail, and we’ll figure out a way I can forward you the coding. :) [I know how frustrating it can be! LOL]

YAY! FINALLY! huh? Lemme guess one little missing < or >? That’s usually what gets me, and my brain can never seem to SEE where it is when I’ve got a block of code!

PS — Thanks for putting together your ping list!

I'm glad you watched the Perry announcement for yourself, so you could form your own opinion. I want everyone to form their own opinion, and I'm really trying not to bash any of our candidates because I believe we collectively need to choose the best one for the job, and the best one who can beat Obama (in that order).

Perry's live announcement of “Cut, Balance, and Grow” was, as you say, lacking any inspiration whatsoever. It wasn't just the audience who had to be told to clap — did you notice that Perry's hand/arm gestures were not authentic, like he had been told when to make a “forceful gesture” for effect? And at the end, when you would want him to receive a genuine enthusiastic standing ovation, the applause was forced and slow to come... And then some people stood up as if to leave, and others weren't sure what to do, so they stood up too, and it eventually turned into people standing while clapping, but it wasn't a standing ovation. The whole thing was just weird.

I read that his PAC has something like $58 million waiting in the wings to spend on advertising. That will buy a lot of votes with slick marketing. So I really do hope more people will watch the full announcement from the Live taping — so they can see the difference between the real deal and the slick marketing.

Did Perry have any debt? I believe that Romney had already spent most of what he had raised when the third quarter reports came in.

Once again, the Smoking Man piece was NOT an ad. It was meant for Cain supporters.
