She lied about her age - what else is she lying about?

A man is being charged, for a ‘crime’ that may or may not have happened. No need for evidence, no need for a witness, no need for any reports that a crime was taking place.

Why? Do we even need to have a trial, or shall we just lynch him because some child leveled an accusation? Do you realize how much power we are giving an accuser? This man must prove his innocense, or go to jail.

Is there no thought, reason or rational thought in the Police Department or Prosecutor’s office?

This man must prove his innocense, or go to jail.

No! The state must prove his guilt!

He gets his day in court like everyone else!
