I think I was sexually harassed by Mr. Cain at a Burger King back in 1988.
Cain was behind me in line and overheard me tell my friend I didn’t know what to order.
Mr. Cain said he worked for Burger King and suggested I try his Whopper.....Well I Never!!!!!
I felt very uncomfortable about this so I ordered the Whopper Jr. with extra secret sauce, Super Sized Fries and a Jumbo Coke......all to go of course.
There was no way I would be able to eat all that with a sex addict watching my every move!
Thank goodness he wasn’t behind the counter that day. I would hate to think what might have happened if he flipped my burger, wrapped it and sent it home in a box for the hubby to see!
Even worse would have been going to Godfather’s Pizza and his asking me if I wanted extra sausage and if I liked my dough thick or my sauce extra spicy.....forget the free side of gooey sticks!
Probably because nobody cared. Cain wasn't competitive in that campaign, so there was no reason to dump oppo research to the press to damage him.

I noticed in the debates that Perry had anger issues with Mitt, Paul and Bachman. Herman Cain stayed out of the fray.

Perry’s performance as a candidate has thus far been terrible. And after watching him accuse Romney of hiring illegals, I wouldn’t put it past his campaign to put out the Cain story.
On another thread somebody posted that this is like a circular firing squad. Wish I could remember who it was and give them credit. Anyway that is an excellent description of the current situation. Many people on FR have been involved in smearing various candidates for months. Now the media is reporting rumors. So far we don’t have any named sources, only a lot of finger pointing and rumor mongering. I’ve always thought one of the worst things you can do is unfairly ruin a person’s good name, but looks like a lot of people around here and in the media have no problem with it.

Romney did hire illegals, and he kept them for over a year after he knew they were illegal. That is proven fact!
Where are all the real brave, real tough conservatives? Why aren’t they defending Cain? We’ve had people here swear up and down that they wouldn’t vote for Romney, and now you’re sitting silent or attacking Cain. This is why conservatives lose. This is how the liberals know they can win, by doing hatchet jobs on conservatives.

I would offer that as proof that he didn't. In Texas, we really don't play dirty politics, we wait for them to hang themselves (calling people heartless would be a good example). You should see how Ann Richards got elected!
You could tell that attack on Mittens was forced and outside of his nature and ended badly for him. Some idiot told him to do it and he did. But what you should know about Perry is that he is not a liar. He has never been accused of it and there has never been any proof of it. The reason why Perry gets my support is because of an extremely personal matter that the State officially lied to my family about. Rick Perry personally reached out to us and told us the truth making the State completely liable for the truth and for the cover up. His reason was that the truth should be told damn the consequences. If you want to know the details FReepmail me, I'll tell you.

Yea, there is a lot of money. Basically Perry, Romney, and Obama...so definitely one of them. Each has their reasons for wanting to take Cain out. However, for Obama, it makes much more sense to play this out in Oct. 2012. So that leaves Perry and Romney. Of those two, the only one STUPID enough to try to pull a stunt like this would have to be Perry. He also is probably deluded into thinking that all that support will come back to him, once Cain’s out of the way - although rational people know it will go to Newt.
This can backfire on Cain. Perry doesn’t play like this. It COULD have been a Perry staffer, but I don’t think so. People may criticize some of Rick Perry’s politics, but he is most likely the most honest of any of the current crop.
