Adding to the ongoing Herman Cain sexual harassment controversy, two sources have now confirmed to PJ Media that a female employee of the National Restaurant Association told associates she had been brought by Mr. Cain to his Crystal City, Virginia residence where she alleged “he had taken advantage of me.”
One source, a male, told PJ Media:
Herman took advantage of seniority and power with a young woman. It was an abuse of power.
Implying that coming forward with the accusations was an ordeal for the young woman, the source also said:
Who do you believe, a CEO or a mid-level staffer? It was unsettling for her to make charges.
The name of the woman — who was in her early twenties at the time of the alleged incident — has been confirmed by PJ Media. We have chosen not to reveal her identity for reasons of discretion.
Both sources, one male and one female, worked at the time — mid-1990s — for the governmental affairs department of the National Restaurant Association, as did the woman.

It happened in 1990’s.....they need to just leave it there. Stupid to make such a deal of this...regardless of how people might see this as a judgement call. You mix booze and people together you get “stuff”....the wise recognize the “witching hour”...fools rush in otherwise.

I'm not saying that cheating on his wife is no big deal. I am saying that there are very few people who don't have something in their past that conservatives would deem unforgivable.
I would STILL rather have Cain than Romney. Or Obama, for that matter.

In Cain’s case, it’s a big media storyline and he needs it to stop. At this point, the only way I can see to make it stop is to offer reasonable prove it didn’t happen.
Doesn't matter...there IS a trail of 'pay outs' and in the eyes of many that's sufficient to say there is guilt somewhere....just the way it is.

This has turned upside down. Now we have a Republican candidate with allegations against him. We have supporters of his that say it doesn’t matter if they saw pictures of him with a goat.
But those same people had a problem with Bill Clinton and his pecadillos. Clinton’s sex stuff probably doesn’t matter to them now. They’ve EVOLVED. They’ve PROGRESSED.

I’m not buying it. There are far too many bs cases that are just paid off because it’s cheaper. And what I am hearing about the settlement amount fits into that category. ANYTHING under $100k is “quit bothering us” money.

My browser window was closed so I opened it with my history and the page came up with “woke up”.

The earlier version said witnesses saw them get into a taxi together. Now it says “Cain allegedly took the woman by taxi to his apartment”.
The earlier version said “she woke up in his BED”. The current version says “she wokd up in his APARTMENT”.
I can see these same woman being paid off..AGAIN...it’s all on a role to the finish line of where they all stand to gain money ...lawyers, the gals, the media...all spreading the wealth around. Just shows how greedy and morally bankrupt this country is ...all the way to the top!

The media isn't a courtroom
I agree personally (that he can be forgiven if he has reconciled with his wife), but I know politically he will be mocked as a hypocrite by the media and the libs every time he need to take some sort of pro-marriage stance in the campaign. It is a double standard, but as a republican, you need to be totally clean.
I find it alarming that none of the candidates has done so.
We have millions of people in this country. Can't we find even one who's not a sodding degenerate!?

The Race Traitor stuff is just too deeply ingrained. Believe me, as much as I hound people for being blindly optimistic about hopeless candidates, I seriously thought Michael Steele had a chance in the Maryland Senate race.
In that case you take her to a hotel, have the manager take her to her room ALONE and you have a witness the next day. You have no business taking a sweet young thing to you home unless your wife is there.
