A fourth woman will claim that Herman Cain sexually harassed her while at the National Restaurant Association in a press conference today, RadarOnline first reported early Monday.
The woman will be represented by Gloria Allred, the Los Angeles-based attorney who represented one of the women involved in the Anthony Weiner twitter scandal earlier this year.
The press conference will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Friars Club in New York City.

One of my dearest FReeper FRiends is a Southerner. His speech is constantly peppered with such endearments as “Bless Your Heart,” “Darlin’”, “Sweetie”, “Love Ya’ Hon”, etc. At first it was a bit off-putting to me at first, as I am from a large northern city, and those expressions were not part of my vocabulary.
Herman Cain is a Southern Black Man who was raised in this milieu. I am sure he used expressions like this all the time. It is most probable that the words like “Darlin” escaped his lips on many occasion. That being said, it is NOT sexual harassment. What Klintoon did WAS. Any woman who has experienced TRUE sexual harassment, molestation, or rape MUST view these accusations with contempt. There is enough of the REAL THING around without lynching innocent people for their speech patterns.
Campaign trolls will promulgate the liberal hatchet jobs in some kind of misguided attempt to give their candidate advantage.
And then will yelp like scalded dogs when the MSM attacks their candidate in a similar manner. Completely unprincipled and hypocritical.

I believe a man is innocent until proven guilty. I have nothing against Herman Cain. Attacking Perry supporters will not help Mr. Cain. Perry has been falsely accused of things, too.I’ve noticed on other threads you are no friend of Rick Perry’s So be it. I will send Rick a small donation this afternoon on your behalf.
Conservatives/Republicans are setting themselves up to lose this next election by eating their own. Why do you want to be a part of that?
He didn’t pay a settlement, his association did.
It means nothing to pay a small settlement. It is cheaper than lawyer fees and keeps publicity down. If the association had fought it, it would have created bad publicity that would have created a bad reputation that would have been even more expensive to repair.
It sucks, but that’s the way it is. Anybody can create this kind of accusation and pretty much get away with it, because no matter how true it is or how the accused deals with it, he’s hooped. Even if he wins in court and completely proves his innocence, his reputation is in almost-permanent disrepair.

What about the statute of limitations?
The Statute of Limitations on the filing of a sexual harrassment charge has long since been passed for Cain’s tenure at the NRA. That said it does’t keep someone from going public in an effort to extract money in some other fashion or for some other reason.
