Curtains For Cain
American Thinker ^ | November 12, 2011 | Tom Thurlow

The fatal blow to the campaign has been made. Whether he knows it or not, Herman Cain's campaign is over. I would be overjoyed to be wrong, but the numbers and believability of sexual harassment claims against him have amounted to the critical mass of complaints that end the Cain campaign. It is only a matter of time before everyone realizes it.

And do you really think that it is merely a coincidence that Sharon Bialek lives in the same building as David Axelrod?

How can she even afford to live in the same building?

“And do you really think that it is merely a coincidence that Sharon Bialek lives in the same building as David Axelrod?

It doesn’t matter. The average American voter will never find out about this. The average American voter likely doesn’t even know who Bialek and Axelrod are! Politics is perception. And right now, Cain has PR issues.

As for Perry, well, there isn’t much more to say. The man is dumb as a post. I forget who said, if he and Bush were brothers, Bush would be known as the smart one. That was before Perry was in any of the debates.

You are absolutely correct. Perry is finished.

Perry has himself to blame, which he is certainly man enough to admit and has already done so. But the reality of it is, who are the real losers in all of this?

This narrows the field to 3 viable choices; Romney, Gingrich and Cain. Two of those candidates are veteran Politicians who are polished slick like chrome. Cain is just a corn cob in comparison. Either candidate, between Romney or Gingrich, will easily impress the apolitical masses with their smooth and well established delivery systems. Cain is way out of his league against either of them.

This election is not going to be won on emotional hype or prowess. It will be the candidate who expresses the most knowledge and experience in the 3 most critical issues this country is faced with right now.

“The Left set the bar very low. If you can commit a felony and still remain President Of The United States, an alleged pass is hardly disqualifying stuff. I’ve made a pass at women myself in appropriate circumstances. Heaven forbid human nature is going to disqualify decent men from running for public office because every man alive has done it. According to the Left then, the only men who can run for President are virgins or saints. Their hypocrisy is only exceeded by the depth of their cynical depravity.”

That’s well said and so very true, goldstategop.

Whoever you pick to vote for will be attacked as bad or worse than Cain. Nope it is not over, he is not going away.

This statement is absolutely dead on. Conservatives have got to understand the liberal strategy and not play into it. All you need to do is look at the last presidential race. First liberals worked to put McCain on a pedestal and once he became the Republican nominee, they attached him relentlessly. In the run up they will lay back or boost the candidate they feel is the most vulnerable against their candidate. Newt is the perfect McCain in this regard and he will get the dickens beat out of him if he is the nominee.

and then we'll have a nominee

The establishment will continue to blast a tea part candidate who wins the nomination, ala Connecticut, Nevada, and Alaska 2010.

He had my vote. Had.

FR foks used to have brains. So far they have trashed Perry, fallen for the smears against Cain, and are now whittling away at Newt. Looks like some won't be happy until Romney is the only one on his feet.

God help us when FR becomes as vapid as the public-at-large...Baaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I’m not willing to say Governor Perry is finished. He has a lot of work to do, to get back to the top, but NO VOTES HAVE BEEN CAST.

He’s just purchased almost $1 Million in ads on Fox News alone, and tonight there’s another debate.

I met him in person, along with four others, including Romney, Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich. Rick Perry is the most personable and likable, much like Herman Cain, and he showed that in his NH speech that the idiot lamestream slammed him for being drunk or on pain meds.

My candidate didn’t run, but so I’m emotionally detached, but looking at this ugly primary, I’m certain now that she would be leading them all.

“Saying “I’m a lawyer and I could tell she was being honest just by looking at her” doesn’t amount to much in my book.”

Since when does being a lawyer make one an expert on honesty?

This comment is based on the following article:

http://www.teapartytribune.com/2011/11/10/the-chicago-way-orady-may-be-smoking-gun-for-cain-attacksg/

Since this controversy broke about Herman Cain we could not understand why all these harassment allegations came exclusively from the National Restaurant Association ( NRA) employees. Mr. Cain has been in business for 42 years. He was at the NRA 3 years. Why were there no complaints during his other 39 years in business? This was very odd.

This morning, Anne Coulter wrote an article where she may have found the source of the attack against Mr. Cain. In other words this was an orchestrated character assassination and not a legitimate one that emanated
The “Chicago way” is the name used to describe how President Obama and his minions go after politicians to destroy them. The Chicago Way was used on Sarah Palin very effectively. The Chicago Way was used against Governor Walker of Wisconsin in his recent fight to get his union reforms through. It now appears that the Chicago Way may be on full display against Herman Cain.

It now appears a Sheila O’Grady is a Chicago based Democrat who may be at the heart of the Cain attacks.

Anne Coulter just penned the following article:” David Axelrod’s Pattern of Sexual Misbehavior.” In it she describes O’Grady’s role in bringing down Cain.

“Suspicions had already fallen on Sheila O’Grady, who is close with David Axelrod and went straight from being former Chicago mayor Richard M. Daley’s chief of staff to president of the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA), as being the person who dug up Herman Cain’s personnel records from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).” More…

Please take a minute to let the above quote sink in. Anne Coulter is leveling the charge that this hit campaign against Cain was a direct result of the Chicago-Obama-Daley smear machine. This machine is the Obama team. She is pinpointing exactly where this attack came from and she is putting in serious question the legitimacy of all these accusations. Notice in the article how quickly O’Grady denied the accusation. It is as if they were ready for this if they had gotten found out and they did.

Already, the other accuser of Mr. Cain Karen Kraushaar is backing down about doing a joint news conference if the other women won’t join her. The purpose of the news conference was to do another hit piece on Mr. Cain. Why would she back down if she felt as strongly as she did earlier in the week. Why can’t she do the conference on her own? Could it be the entire attack was contrived and orchestrated with no merit and is falling apart?

Judging from the reaction of the audience last night at the Republican debate put on by MSNBC, it would appear that the public does not believe the media anymore and sees them for what they are lying, cheating and deceiving. The Chicago Way has failed. (see video).
Sharon Bialek, the other accuser, is knee deep in the Chicago Way.
“Bialek, who identified herself as a Republican, was born and raised in Chicago and spent the majority of her life in the city. From the end of 1996 until her termination in mid 1997, she worked for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) Chicago offices. Bialek says she does not plan on filing any lawsuits against Mr. Cain. “ More…

As we said at the beginning we could not understand why all these accusations came from the NRA and not from the rest of Mr. Cain’s 39 years in business. As the truth comes out, it would appear that the majority of the players are coming from Chicago as well as Obama’s destruction juggernaut. This is a Chicago based and managed hit piece contrived exclusively to destroy Mr. Cain. This is how they did it in the Middle Ages. They would accuse someone of a crime and that was it. They would lynch the person accused with no trial. That is what the Chicago Way wanted to achieve with Mr. Cain.

It would appear that the Cain accusation cabal was just that with very little proof or merit to back up anything against Mr. Cain. The Chicago Way was hoping for a quick lynching before the accused had any opportunity at a defense.

In the end Mr. Cain is now more popular, raising more money and rising in the polls which is exactly the opposite of what this Chicago-Obama cabal intended. Nice try!

Bingo.

Will still vote for a darkhorse if a good one steps in.
At no time will I vote for Romney or Perry though. Even if one of them wins the primary.
