I don't know if anyone else has had the guts to tell you, but if Romney is the GOP nominee I'll vote for him and I'm guessing a lot of other FReepers will too. Unfortunately Obama and our elected representatives have left us in such a state that this country will not survive another 4 years of Obama. All the principled conservatives in the world won't be able to save us at that point. I'm not planning to vote for Mitt in the primary, but if he is the nominee I can't see giving Obama another 4 years by staying home or voting 3rd party. Having said that, since I live in California it probably doesn't matter. McCain a RINO too and I'm guessing even you voted for him? The SCOTUS may have as many as 3 retirements/deaths in the next 4-5 years. That alone is worth supporting Mitt if he is the nominee.
