A high school football coach in Wyoming has resigned after orchestrating what may be the single least appropriate motivational tactic in recent years, handing his players a "Hurt Feelings Report" in which students were asked to select from various offensive options to describe why they were upset.
As first reported by the Buffalo Bulletin, Casper Star-Tribune and The Advocate before being circulated throughout the internet, Buffalo (Wyo.) High football coach Pat Lynch offered up a questionnaire to his players that offered the following possible reasons for their disappointment, as reported by The Advocate (beware in reading the following paragraph: Some of the choices are pretty abhorrent):
The survey, under a list of reasons for hurt feelings, includes such choices as "I am a queer," "I am a little bitch," and "I have woman like hormones." It asks for the name of the "little sissy filing report" and his "girly-man signature," plus the "real-man signature" of the person accused of causing hurt feelings.

I don't know if it would be okay to publish his email address (posted on the Buffalo High School website) but I did send him an email thanking him for being a winning coach that does not want the boys he coaches to grow up emasculated.
This guy is my new hero. Whoever wanted him fired because he hurt their feelings is probably a little bitch.

Unbelieveable that he was forced to resign over this. A sign that PC crap has filled the brains of public school “educators” even in the hinterlands. Defund their institutions NOW.
I’d guess that he got this somewhere else and passed it out as a humorous attempt to try to solve some problem on his team.

I saved a copy. I would love to give it to my crews, but with the amount of tax dollars that have been wasted on training trying to make sure that I don’t hand this type of thing out... I probably shouldn’t.
As growing, young men, not women. Teaches do a lot that isn’t in their job description. Why should he be the exception? Because he offended the emasculated Leftists and the Feminist there doing it?
I’d vote for him to POTUS if it was possible! Oh, wait a minute! That’s not in his job description! I’ll settle for second best - make him principal of the school!
When Mike Leach gets his next coaching gig, I think this guy will be perfect for his staff.

So he was a proven leader and motivator of young men. But this cut no ice with a few sissies who got their panties in a twist when they saw the survey.
So they cried to the school board and the board lowered the boom. But Superintendent Dr. Rod Kessler wasn't totally vindictive, which is why Lynch was allowed to stay on as guidance counselor. "
They shoulda filled out the form AND THEN handed it in to the school board.
