The allegations towards accused Penn State pedophile Jerry Sandusky continue with his grandson now coming forward with claims of sexual abuse.

A complaint was filed against the former assistant coach by the wife of one of his adopted sons, Matt Sandusky with Pennsylvania's Children's and Youth Services, his lawyer told ABC News.

“The allegations are ridiculous and unfounded. Jerry has absolutely denied any inappropriate contact with his grand kids.” Sandusky's attorney Joseph Amendola said.

Sandusky's daughter-in-law filed for a restraining order after his November 5 arrest to prevent her children from sleeping over.

I agree with that premise, however, Sandusky was masquerading as a hetero, married and all.

How come no one ever describes Sandusky as a homo? Always as a pedophile.

At the very least, he's a homosexual pedophile.

In other words, a homo.

I guess it used to be called "the love that dare not speak its name" for a reason.

Cain learned what any other republican candidate has learned...you will be falsely accused of all sorts of vile things just for opposing the left.

This situation with Sandusky? It’s an entirely different animal.
The architect of linebacker u?
The selfless dude who founded The Second Mile?

It was unthinkable.

For children who don’t know each other to come up with the exact same stories with many years in between their experiences.
Eyewitness account from a credible adult.

When people try to compare this to an ambiguous “harassment” claim, they haven’t looked at it very closely.

A restraining order? Couldn’t she just tell the kids “Don’t go to Grandpa’s house.”?

not if you have joint custody, and the father wants to take the kiddos over to see grandpa.

You know, the only thing I disagree with our Founders and the Framers is the “cruel and unusual” section of eighth amendment. Sometimes public beheadings are just so appropriate.

Probably washing and folding the Cub Scout uniforms Jerry made her wear to bed every night.

That's not enough. She should have recused herself due to her involvement with Sandusky's foundation. She should be impeached and removed from office.

She probably should have recused herself because she was donor to The Second Mile, but the foundation Sandusky started in 1977 had long since outgrown Sandusky. The Second Mile is now a $9 million dollar a year charity that provides services to over 100,000 kids a year, far beyond the Nittany Valley. Every politician, businessman, judge, academician, public-minded citizen, and sports fan within a 100-mile radius of the Nittany Valley was a likely donor. The judge had been a donor to The Second Mile, but it wasn't 'Sandusky's foundation' any longer.

When Sandusky was holding overnight athletic camps on one of the Penn State campuses during the questionable period from 2002 to 2008, he was holding them as part of the "Sandusky Foundation."

*Why is he still out on bail?*

Maybe it is because he has a constitutional right to reasonable bail. Don't misunderstand me; I think he is guilty as hell, but he is still entitled to reasonable bail.

I think the bail should be for a much higher amount and that he should be subject electronic monitoring.

His amount of bail wasn't necessarily inappropriate, what's inappropriate is that he paid nothing up front (a signature bond for 40 felony counts against him). I'd like to see any judge anywhere else in the country give that to you or I should we be accused of the same things. No, we'd be sitting in jail until we came up with the moolah. Like you said, though, if electronic monitoring is good enough for Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, it should at least be good enough for this pervert, Jerry Sandusky. Good grief!!

If you have proven assets that are easy to attach or difficult to get rid of in a hurry, such as a lot of equity in a house, a signature bond is quite common.

Remember, a bond only needs to be sufficient to reasonably assure the accused is going to show up for court dates.

Perhaps that’s true, but I can only wonder whether or not Sandusky will really show up at his court date(s). He may decide to go on a “vacation” to some exotic location. Doesn’t the court owe it to the general population to watch out for the general welfare of its citizens? Why no electronic monitoring as requested? Why did the judge lower the bond from $500K to $100K?

We need to get our terms correct. Sandusky abused boys who were 15. He may be a pedophile but for sure he is a homosexual rapist.

Prosecutors almost always ask for greater bail terms than what is reasonable.

Sandusky is more likely to commit suicide than he is to take off.

Why would she need a restraining order? The son is okay with dear old gramps? Sounds like a nasty divorce is about to take place.

Matt and Jill are already divorced, with joint custody, but Matt took the kids to the grandparents’ house regularly, from what I understand. The restraining order is necessary, because without it, Matt could take the kids without her permission. The kids are forbidden from spending the night at Jerry’s house, nor are they allowed to be with him unsupervised.

Dottie (Jerry’s wife) has just been an enabler of Jerry all these years. Why else would she contact a victim before he’s about to testify to the grand jury? He didn’t take her call, nor return the voice mail she left. It is hard to imagine that she had no inkling of Jerry’s deviant behavior. Perhaps it’s denial on her part, but I have to wonder if she didn’t suspect something amiss a long time ago, and chose to ignore it rather than confront it.
