The allegations towards accused Penn State pedophile Jerry Sandusky continue with his grandson now coming forward with claims of sexual abuse.
A complaint was filed against the former assistant coach by the wife of one of his adopted sons, Matt Sandusky with Pennsylvania's Children's and Youth Services, his lawyer told ABC News.
“The allegations are ridiculous and unfounded. Jerry has absolutely denied any inappropriate contact with his grand kids.” Sandusky's attorney Joseph Amendola said.
Sandusky's daughter-in-law filed for a restraining order after his November 5 arrest to prevent her children from sleeping over.

Since this is a new allegation, shouldn’t Sandusky be charged on this count too? Shouldn’t there be another bail hearing for additional charges? Shouldn’t the judge be impeached and removed from office for not recusing herself?

Sounds like this is just the tip of the iceberg. I'd be interested to see why one of his sons tried to commit suicide. Then there's the fact the perv lives close to a grammer school.

My offer of help ranged from driving across the country and shooting him in the face with a shotgun, to helping get legal representation to sue the bastard. No matter how angry I was, I had to acquiesce to her desire to not relive the horror. What she wanted from me was to listen to her anger...which I did. She's still working on forgiveness.
Reporting the abuse is an extremely painful process for the victim. But it's the only way to protect the next generation.
Is Sandusky married? His wifey never knew about any of this? Probably enabled the molestation and should be charged as well.

Penn State "investigated" him and miraculously found no problem with a faculty member who corrupts the entire scientific enterprise by outright lying for money and position. Most of them are “made” as children when they are themselves abused. It’s a chain pathology. That’s why they have to be outed and stopped ASAP. Each child that is molested is a potential abuser as an adult.
What if he hasn’t changed... but has found others to take advantage of and is still doing it now? He should be caught (or checked out at least) somehow without involving the female and her brother.
Sandusky was caught in the act by a man who had previously respected him. Comparing Cain to this is beyond absurd.
I just hope everyone had a chance to read the Huff Po article about the tribulations of the mother of Victim 1. The high school he was attending was more interested in protecting Sandusky and their own “football program” over protecting their students from this predator. My only hope is that the “educators” here ( who have essentially committed perjury in their Grand Jury testimony) loose both their jobs and all their personal wealth when it is all over.

Maybe it is because he has a constitutional right to reasonable bail. Don't misunderstand me; I think he is guilty as hell, but he is still entitled to reasonable bail.
I think the bail should be for a much higher amount and that he should be subject electronic monitoring.
