Astounding, Viral Video Depicts an Unborn Baby’s Full Development
The Blaze ^ | November 25, 2011 | Billy Hallowell

Alexander Tsiaras, an image-maker and the author of the book “From Conception to Birth: A Life Unfolds,” gave a recently-published TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) talk, during which he unveiled a spectacular video about fetal development.

Alexander Tsiaras's book, "From Conception to Birth: A Life Unfolds"

The video, which graphically shows the process of human progression, begins by showing an egg being fertilized and ends by illustrating a baby’s actual birth. Throughout the clip, viewers see the full fetal development, with explanations about what, exactly, is happening at each phase. But the imagery is spellbinding.

Watch the astounding video, below. The actual sequence of a fetus’ development begins at 2:05, with Tsiaras explaining the development process both before and after the clip:

This is awesome. As many women as possible need to view this.

I don’t know if it’s too late - - if the toothpaste is truly out of the tube forever - - but I hope women come back to their senses. The damage done during the past few decades by the feminazis is beyond the scope of anything that could have been imagined even just 50 years ago, let alone throughout history.

Men are going to do what men instinctively do - - seek to spread their seed as far and wide as possible, just as they always have. Women have always been the gatekeepers, but during the past 40 years or so far too many women have thoroughly abdicated that responsibility to the horrific detriment of a once decent culture.

(shrug) I’m probably dreaming, but I guess there’s always hope. I hope.

Thank you for the ping, brother. I just watched it. Marvelous, awesome ... a mathematician contemplates the impossible complexity and sees the finger of God.

Everything that makes you a human being was present at conception....3 months is just a moment in time between conception and death

You are essentially the same person genetically from conception until you die

This was amazing. We all knew this, learned all the biology and knew all the facts. Seeing it is something else. As old as I am, with three children and two grandchildren, it was an OMIGOSH moment. Witnessing a miracle of nature.

Marvelous. Anyone watching this and thinking we’re benefactors of random tissue mutation is an imbecile.

I have watched it several times and don’t recall any “o.k. to abort now”, moment at all.

Not fully true at all. The study of epigenetics shows that the same embryo would have different phenotypes depending upon the carrier ( uterus). The uterine environment does have an effect on which genes are chosen. It’s a fascinating thing.

Awesome! It proves what we all know. A new person comes into being at conception, and as such, he/she deserves the fundamental, Constitutional right to life. Don't think that this will change the hardcore pro-abort minds, though. They always find a way to rationalize their support of killing. Here's a comment:

The differences are numerous. a BRAIN for example. Pain receptors, education, life experience, memories, trillions upon trillions of cells arranged in very specific ways, interaction and relationships with other human beings, and on and on and on.

Are you really so stupid that you think none of this makes any difference whatsoever? Are you really so despicably psyco- and sociopathic that a mother of 3 working in NASA is indistinguishable to you from a cell no bigger than this . ?

I have dissected and debated posts like this many times in the past, but I'm not going to waste my time.

What you're saying is true, when it comes to phenotype and gene expression or suppression: the on/off switches. But the statement is still true that you're still the same "person" at every age: zygote, embryo, fetus, neonate, toddler, tweener, teen, or even a geron like me. This is using "person" to mean an identifiable entity with its own life processes, who is a member of the human species.

These processes involve changes every day, or I could even say every minute. But no such change of aggregate of changes negates "personhood" as a category cmprising every man, every woman and all their offspring. Even twinning can be conceptualized in a way that demonstrates the continuity of person.

Only if you are okay with killing a person. An embryo, at any stage, is a person and a human life.

Nowhere in the video does it say that abortion is OK. In fact, his clip calls every stage, from conceptus to embryo to fetus, simply the “baby.”
