The woman whose accusations may have prompted Herman Cain to reassess his campaign for president is a 46-year-old single mother of two grown children. Ginger White, who has worked as a fitness instructor, alleges that she carried on a 13-year affair with Cain.
In two television interviews with Atlanta stations, she appeared soft-spoken and said she came forward only to defend her reputation after she feared the story would leak out. Cain has emphatically denied the affair, calling White a “destitute” friend whom he tried to help. “I couldn’t imagine anyone coming out and lying about this. Who would want this? It’s really not been fun,” White told Atlanta television station WSB outside her apartment Monday.
White has been frequently unemployed, according to news reports, and public records reveal financial difficulties that resulted in several eviction notices.

Now that sounds like some fine fiction writing. If Gloria Cain were to actually say that, then I would think twice, but then again, If a frog had wings, he wouldn’t bust his butt everytime he jumped.
My guess is that Gloria Cain is mortally embarrassed and not happy to have been put in this position of a proven fool in front of the whole world.
Look, like many others, started out favoring Palin, then Perry. When Cain caught attention, he caught my eye, because he sounded too good to be true. Now it looks like Cain re-proved the axium, if something sounds too good to eb true, it usually is.
I find interesting two mainstream media outlets have publish some not so flattering stories about Cains accusers. Earlier we had ABC paint an ugle picture of Sharon Bialek and now we got the ComPost on Ginger White.

That comment demonstrates that what he/she/it know about various conservative factions is "nothing," which tells me its trips around the block have been few, and have never been in conservative neighborhoods. But its comment about hopping on trains is pretty amusing given its admission - claim- that it's hopped a lot of trains in this primary season, from one candidate to the next. Note in its listing it carefully left out the one liberals like the most, which is apparently something the trolls are drilled to do in their Alinsky "Divide and Conquer" 101 class.
Herman Cain obviously knew this woman was broke, and vulnerable. In he rides on his white horse, money in hand, to “help” her out, give her advice, and get laid all at the same time. He said himself that he was helping her financially, so he knew she was on hard times. Don’t know why the defenders of Cain use this woman’s bad financial condition as if it is a strike against her, when it was equally a strike against Cain, as he was the one financing her, for some reason. Guess what that reason might have been?

Of all the women that accused him, 2 wouldn’t even reveal their name, one said she felt ‘uncomfortable’ that Cain was talking about some other women in a way that was maybe-sort of not kind of possibly appropriate, one works at the Obama Treasury dept and won’t give details, and the last two are grifters with history of filing bogus harassment cases, stalking, and seriously checkered backgrounds.
So far NONE of them has any substantiation. It’s pure rumor and shadow games. And YOU fell for it. And I’m supposed to be convinced by some newby, pantywaste, puke-cannon, weak-kneed weasel who is completely sucked in to these cheap political gutter tactics?

From a personal attack standpoint your “showed you ass” as they say. Some of Cain supporters would do him a better service to quit the “hot pants groupie” act and remember our previous Conservative Morality.
Not one poster on FR, you nor I, have any facts regarding the original allegations or the facts on this most recent alleged dalliance, its 100% conjecture.
What is evident is his lawyer was very careful with the words in his statements and that is very telling. Lawyers, especially big shot ones, are wordsmiths and do not utter a single word off the cuff. Unless we are also lawyers, we have no real way to know what he “actually” meant on the first 4 or the 13 year affair, reminiscent of “what the meaning of IS is”.
It is 1000% OK for Cain followers to stick with him and if he comes out of all this on top, I will be one of the first to cheer for him, but what I know of human nature and of similar “opportunity” situations with the ladies, I do think there is more than anyone who actually knows the facts is admitting.
Closing your eyes and whistling past the graveyard is really not good for you or for Cain.
In the current GOP primary situation, I have now focused more on Newt, even with his warts, but I am still not closed minded about Mr. Cain.
