“...the moment he says the Cain Train continues, I have some more for him and I am not alone.”

Exactly right! He also gets my down-on-the-knees prayers.

It is definitely not the media he is suckering-—keep those donations coming because I need travel expenses to my next rally/book signing.

Why would he hide that from his wife?

What makes you think he was hiding it? When I was married I gave money to people quite frequently, they were supposed to be loans but I knew I would never get the money back. Some of the people were women and many were repeat loans. I never bothered to tell my wife because it was from my "walking around" money and we didn't bother to explain to each other what we did with it. Plus, I just didn't think it was necessary to tell every little thing I did, nor did I expect her to tell me.

Not telling his wife doesn't mean he "hid" it from her, it simply means he didn't think it was important enough to tell her.

Why do you still perpetuate something that you hear and throw Cain under the bus? He talked with Gloria, she forgave him. He did nothing. Do you have proof otherwise or do you have your head so far up your candidates A$$ that you can’t see reality?

"What a coup it would be if this whole thing is a setup.

Now that would be a genius move. It would shut up Newtie. (I will be the nominee.
He would regain my support. He just might anyway.
I just get sick thinking of Newtie or Mitsie.

“next steps” of campaign, BagCamAddict wrote:

[This is a Cain thread. Go back to the Perry threads and talk to yourself.]

Will you hold yourself to that same standard the next time you show up on a Newt thread spreading hate and vile?

(Just curious)

[These guys have mismanaged Cain, over and over again, from how NOT to do crisis management, to how to take a charismatic mathematician and successful businessman and make him look foolish.]

Do you realize how ignorant this "explanation" looks? On one hand, you say how dynamic, intelligent and successful Cain is, and then complain that it is the people he has chosen to manage his campaign that are to blame for all of this controversy.

It's typical for even Cain to blame the MSM and his staff for being a “victim”. Which is my whole point. How will we expect him to perform in the highest office on the Planet, when he cannot even pick competent advisers to run his campaign ahead of time?

It pretty much proves that he will be just as incompetent and inept as President. Secondly, the fact that Cain is in complete denial that he may have done anything, and that he won't admit to any part in it. Especially, after first saying none of this happened, and 2 days later, admits that he did make payments to the woman and did see her regularly.

The public won't buy it and Cain is done. Period.

“Really good—Interesting, about a week ago a poll came out showing Newt taking the lead and Cain falling back— but among 18-29 yr old, Cain led them all 36%- the next guy was down in the single digits. Maybe youngsters are his group?”

Have you seen the ‘leaked ad’ series?

That may be why he’s doing well with young people.

Number four is 23 seconds of hilarious awesomeness.

Unfortunately, some of our government school educated young people may only have a 23 second attention span - so maybe that explains that good news.

And we don’t know one thing about the type of relationship they have. I hate the be the one to break it to some idealists here but there are all different sorts of marriages. Some marriages, the spouses have very loosely shared lives. Some marriages, the wife really doesn’t give a rat’s a$$ what the husband does as long as the debit card still works. Maybe that is their deal. We don’t have a clue. All I do know is that every time a marriage is involved, people paint it as Ozzie and Harriet. Strange, since, in reality, I know very few people like that.

‘Wow. I believe you... I remember there were people who seemed sure she wouldn’t, including my husband. I was sure she would. Especially after the Iowa video. I would have bet $1000 on it. She sucked the air out of my lungs when she didn’t.”

I was waiting waiting anxiously, too.

I would have been torn if she had gotten in, because I’ve loved Herman for years for supporting the Fair Tax.

It will be the biggest transfer of power back to the people, since the politicians stole our liberty with the 16th amendment.

Maybe God told her, this is Herman’s year :)

post 86 - exactly. I agree totally

Not only that he brought it up before Ginger White’s first interview was even aired.

So how is that slow to respond?

The same shills here jump on every Cain thread just pointing fingers no matter what he does. If he says or does something he is letting this take him off message, etc. If he is quiet he is guilty, callous, etc.

So transparent these shills are

These NewtTards are attacking Cain by saying he is crashing in the polls, he is gone, dead meat, blah blah blah blah.

So if this is the case then why bother. It would be like me attacking Perry.

They should go back to posting their Newt suckup fests and talk about Newt’s cabinet appointments and pretend like Newt’s wife is hot...and my favorite...Newt will crush Obama in a debate can’t wait to see it wow..

I’ll bet he’s suckering the media into making fools of themselves and getting some excellent publicity at the same time. The man is not a quiter.

Praying that you are right.

I’ve helped so many people and have been burned, my wife told me not help anyone else out. So, If he helped her out after the wife said no. I can see this, I’ve been there done that too!

Whatever emerges today, the Liberal MSM will not like it a bit, and Herman Cain will have the last laugh. In fact those set-up skanks skanks seem real worried and subdued these days. I am now sure they sense the seriousness of their allegations, the legal ramifications. As they lack neither honor nor legitimacy, to save their own skins, one or more of them is liable to blab on where the slander payouts came from and then we may have a REAL scandal to talk about...leading to some very powerful and threatened political interests being exposed.

Yep - all I know about Cain's wife is that she seems to be supportive of him as a man/husband, but did vote for Obama and will likely do the same again even if her hubby is the other candidate. Lots of info to speculate on, but nothing to form a rational opinion with.
