She was there when Obamacare went down. And she tried everything to stop it. In the end, there’s nothing she could do.

Please consider giving him another look. He’s the most conservative of the candidates and has a good plan for America. I believe he is what we need.

Funny. We know Pam Bondi a little. She’s from Tampa, too. She’s doing pretty good as AG, even tho we wanted someone else.

I think Michelle just blew the tort reform question.

She didn’t explain why she is for federal tort reform.

But as we have seen, when Perry pulls the trigger it’s likely to be followed by a timid “Oops!”.

Oh, don’t worry. The Democrats are going to remind FReepers the damage he’s inflicted. I can see the damming commercials now.

I don’t have any real problem with Perry.......BUT he was a Dem into the 90’s, not just the late 60’s.

Immigration matters are constitutionally committed to the federal government; see Article I, Section 8, Clause 4:

“To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization...”

Perry understands who the players are and he would replace them on day one.

Would that include the muslim leadership now in place in the whitehouse under Obamas administration????

Perry gives me no indication he understands the islamic threat to our nation...rather he appeases and enables their infiltration into our country. That is a national security issue which he doesn't grasp...he still uses the verbage of Radical Terrorists and hasn't any conception of stealth Jihad occuring in his own state. For that I cannot be in his corner.....rather Newt without question understands this threat completely.

Until after Ronald Reagan was actually President, we didn’t even have Republican primaries in whole swaths of Texas.

And our Democrats were not the tax and spend kind, traditionally, until later in the ‘80’s. That’s certainly not the kind that Perry was. He and his cronies were known as the “pit bulls” for their opposition to spending and growth of Government.

[He is the one I would choose (along with my brother) to back me up in a gunfight]

I agree. Obama ignored Perry’s calls for border help over and over and I know of no one else who would go to intercept Obama’s plane landing, and go face to face with the President of the United States to deliver the request in person! Obama didn’t take it, he had to give it to Valerie Jarret!

I’m struggling to move around and post, my computer’s not cooperating tonight.
