Probably not. But just because that bland, punch-line-ready pairing seemed like a sad response to plummeting poll numbers doesn’t mean endorsements don’t matter.
Caucuses and primaries can come down to a few hundred votes, and the right endorsement at the right time can make a pivotal difference, providing a local boost, balancing negative perceptions, or rallying the base.
The fault lines in this GOP primary—now between Newt Gingrich and Romney, with Ron Paul rounding out the winner’s circle—follow the divisions between establishment and insurgent conservatives that have defined the GOP for decades.
To date, Romney has rounded up the most endorsements by far: three governors, including Chris Christie, six senators, and 40 members of Congress. But even support from the smart money can’t buy you love, as Mitt’s poll numbers have fallen in states like Florida just days after receiving supposedly influential local endorsements.

If you listen to Sarah’s interview last night with Eric Bolling, it appears she’s not going to endorse anyone anytime now or later. She was pretty fired up against them in general
Looking at the ten names, they just automatically fell into three categories that made me think of the old Clint Eastwood film - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

About a week ago, she was hinting to Hannity that she was supporting Santorum.
I think Gov. Palin is supporting a brokered convention with a Romney holding so few delegates that it’s the others fighting for his support, rather than the other way around. Last week it was Santorum, now she’s saying nice things about Ron Paul’s domestic positions. How does Alaska pick delegates? Is there a chance she’ll be there as an unpledged delegate from AK?
She pumped Santorum up just like she pumped up Newt once and now she’s dumping on Mitt and Newt.
None of those endorsements would matter.
The only endorsement that could possibly move the needle would be RUSH. He could probably coalesce all of the anti-romney, no paul vote.
But he ain’t gonna so hopefully the electorate is smart enough to pick a conservative on their own.
John McCain and Rudy Giuliani? Give me a break. I didn’t like Rudy Giuliani when Rick Perry was telling us he was the best man to be President, and I don’t like him now and McCain needs to retire.

Endorsement from Terry Brandstad, governor of Iowa, is definitely important. He has a good network of republicans that really help the caucus meetings.

If they endorse:
1. Right to Life
2. NRA
3. Farm Bureau
Good offer being a cabinet position, v.p. slot, or something high up. He would make a good homeland sec, but to me, thats pretty much it.
And, unless he already endorsed someone, I would think Scott Walker would be up there too, also, what about Dr. Dobson ?
I'm confirming that you are quite obviously too dumb to be posting here. I had a real magic 8 ball when I was 8 or 9 years old. It held my interest for about 15 minutes.
Perhaps the children's toy was unable to tell you this, but Herman Cain is no longer in the race. Time for you to pick a new candidate. If and when Cain picks one himself, it will very likely be Newt Gingrich. I didn't hear that from a toy. Run along, little troll.
