If you loose contact how do you trigger it?
It seems odd that the military would not have incorporated into the drone a fail-safe self destruct program and device that would trigger in the event of catastrophic failure or loss of control in or near hostile territory.
It would take about $100 worth of electronics and C4 to accomplish and the Iranians would now be combing 1,000 square miles for little pieces of it instead of holding a complete unit.
Of course there is always the possibility that the Iranians were somehow able to take control of the unit, fully or partially. That might explain why it appears to have sustained only minimal damaged upon coming to earth.
Maybe Albubbadule will find out what the red button in the service compartment is for.
She said we would soon learn which side was doing the lying....(as though Iran was lying about having the drone in one piece), Obama hack that she is.
