Third party insanity? Let’s define insanity.
Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
I have voted straight-line GOP my entire life and this is where it has got us.
And he is clear, he just won’t vote for a progressive and none of us should. The primaries start in couple of weeks and we need to be communicating with delegates, the Tea Party leadership, etc and make the case for a real conservative candidate not this BS Progressive lite.
Lastly Beck’s point about Ron Paul and Israel, at least with Ron Paul we would still be free and be allowed to help Israel individually if we wanted to.
Under a full-on progressive government we wouldn’t be free and we wouldn’t even be allowed individually to help Israel.
This is the end-game, this is the moment the progressives have been waiting for ever since GOP Teddy Roosevelt who created the Progressive party and realized they had to infiltrate both parties to gain eventual control.
Now we sit once again where the GOP establishment is pushing yet another progressive for us to vote for. Gingrich in the lead currently who thinks Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson and FDR were the greatest presidents in the history of our country - SERIOUSLY are we ready to jump in with YET ANOTHER progressive that thinks the government is the answer and our personal liberty is up for sale.
Beck left Fox for a reason, he is a fruit loop.
He has not gone off the wagon, maybe, but he sure is off the reservation.
I wonder if Pat Gray is regretting his decision to go back with Back yet or how long ago he did regret it? His enthusiasm and presence seems to have withered.
Rush, and he has his faults, changed the face of how we get our information. He almost singlehandedly affected the amount of liberal propaganda that the nation received to one where conservatism has a prominent voice. That is a titanic achievement which nobody, with the possible exception of W.F.Buckley (who had a much smaller audience,) has rivaled before or since. He was truly the Babe Ruth of news radio. Beck had done mostly good, but his latest statement concerning Gingrich and Paul is nothing short of bizarre.
I find it amusing you don’t seem to have any problem finding links to extremist loons, but you can’t seem to muster the research skills to confute Beck’s explicit inferences from Gingrich’s actual quotes.
Further, I see this race as one of two in the past several years. It can either be Carter vs. Reagan, or it can be Gore vs. Bush. That is...it can be an opportunity to get a real and functioning conservative in, despite the best efforts of the Washington zeitgeist, or it can be a choice between two candidates that will make almost no difference in policy when viewed from twenty years in the future.
The only way for Obama to win is for a 3rd Party candidate to run against him, like Perot did to help Clinton.
And I find it amusing you dont seem to "see" he is using those extremist loons (one of them who is very own "producer") to help him "connect the dots". :)
Judging from recent history, you're right...but only because RINOs would rather lose that support an actual conservative.
We haven't ever seen Scozzafavas or Crists amongst the Conservatives before now, but you damn sure will see them this time, and if you do the Republicans have no one to blame but themselves.
No. No, I don't think so.
I think you prefer attack to substantiation. I've read you for far too long to know you could commit an association fallacy by mistake.
Ron Paul, backed by Stormfront.
Yes, that’s the ticket, Glenn, (with all your research).
IDIOT!

Tip of the iceberg.

Explain THAT one to the Knesset next time you’re over there.
I remain convinced that the “dry drunk syndrome” can explain a lot of Beck’s shenanigans.

Now what possible intent could you have in posting this link?
Aside from the fact the article states from the outset that there is bad blood between Breitbart and Beck, am I supposed to have such high regard for Breitbart that I don’t question his erroneous complaint of Beck playing “the race card?”...
...A “play” which I heard with my own ears, and one which I judge to be about as legitimate as the Hank Williams Jr. kerfluffle?
Glenn’s point is very simple, whether you agree with it or not. If you are against a black statist, and for a white statist who is admittedly trying to appeal to conservatives, but has a track record of doing complete about-faces on fundamental conservative core issues, what else could justify the preference beside race?
And this *was* a question: not a statement.
Now I do not agree with Beck’s view of Gingrich, but I can certainly understand it just as I can understand a pro-lifer’s disdain for a Supreme Court nominee who professes an unwavering commitment to precedent. And what’s more, while I don’t agree, I can’t say he’s wrong.
