The Company Ron Paul Keeps
The Weekly Standard ^ | Dec 26, 2011 | James Kirchick

Posted on 12/17/2011 12:53:38 PM PST by Proud2BeRight

"The Republican Jewish Coalition announced this month that congressman Ron Paul would not be among the six guests invited to participate in its Republican Presidential Candidates Forum"........ "While Paul’s views on Israel certainly place him outside the American, never mind Republican, mainstream, there is an even more elementary reason the RJC was right to exclude him from its event. It is Paul’s lucrative and decades-long promotion of bigotry and conspiracy theories, for which he has yet to account fully, and his continuing espousal of extremist views, that should make him unwelcome at any respectable forum, not only those hosted by Jewish organizations. "

Hard to admit it, but 0bama the marxist is a better choice than Ron Paul.

We can get over 0bama with a conservative House and Senate.

Ron Paul is dangerous.

While I’m no Ron Paulinista, I think it is a mistake and petty for the Republican Jewish Coalition not to invite him to the forum. His point of view has every bit as much right to be heard as anyone else’s particularly when his views are shared by many Americans of different political bents.

“Right”?

I don’t think so.

He can share his “views” on his own dime.

The people that dislike or call Ron Paul crazy don't understand the evils of the Federal reserve. Ron Paul has been consistent in his message and is probably the only candidate that can save this country from spending itself into oblivion.

Alex Jones talks about some crazy stuff but one world order and loss of our sovereignty is a reasonable concern. Especially when people like Hillary Clinton are trying to be president of a World Bank.

What is dangerous....is your tag line. As a Catholic I beleive in the Lord Jesus Christ. But to eradicate a religion? Where do you get your information? The MSM?.....and yes, Fox News is MSM too. Someday.....and probably soon we will not be the “big boys on the block” in the world. Then what? What if China or Russia wants to eradicate us? Or spread communism at the point of a gun or a fleet of drones? Ron Paul is a non-interventionist. Just like our founding fathers. This forum has brilliant and good people. However, lately I have found less tolerance of other views within the conservative movement. A lot of the “kook" comments regarding Ron Paul is straight up ignorance. The arrogance of our foreign policy is going to ruin our country. Here is a fact ignored here on FR....Ron Paul receives more donations from active duty military than all other GOP candidates combined.. Why....because they agree with his foreign policy. Still “support the troops”?

“He can share his “views” on his own dime.”

Since Paul seems to like the conspiracy show, Alex Jones would probably welcome him back again to share his crackpot views.

Ron Paul is nuts. Listen to Levin on him . America is to blame first , he thinks the Muslims hate us because WE BOMB THEM ! He has no basic understanding of the Islamic threat to the western world and no REAL clue as to it’s causes. Forget him .

Yes....Ron Paul is the only candidate that wants to change the system. He is the only candidate that I will support for president. Because....our country has been in decline for a long time and I am done with the same BS. To all here on FR......like the status quo? Is our country better or worse than when you grew up or since 1913 when the Federal Reserve was created? The founding fathers warned of a central bank. And to those who hate Alex Jones...ever listen to him?.....or are you just following the crowd? Do you trust the govt or MSM propaganda? And not snippets to demonize, like the MSM does daily. Find out for yourself...and really listen. You might be surprised.

Have you been reading the articles about the Ron Paul newsetters the past couple days, including the article reference here? You don’t think the newsletters confirm the comments that he is “crazy”? You don’t think comments like the one a week or so ago about “gree” in the Bush administration following 9/11 is not nuts?

I think you’re wrong.

And that's what it's all about.
The RJC could allow him to speak and then disagree with his opinion. To deny him his right to express his opinion will only give his views far greater reach on the 24hr cable news networks.
Suppressing his views will have the opposite effect.
Just watch.

So do you agree with the Ron Paul newsletters? Do you believe someone who puts his name to such vile crap is presidential material?

Hey big dirty.....like war? Grab a gun and go. Sounds like you are a tough guy. You must love Obama. He is more of a war preseident than George Bush. The neo nazi thing is false flag BS. Falling for the same ole tricks of the sheeple of our country. Support the troops? Because Ron Paul gets more donations from active duty military than all of the other candidates combined. Ask any military member that has come home from the ME. They don’t want to be there! Ask them. It’s all BS for nothing.

But to eradicate a religion?

I too am Catholic. I believe you are ignorant about Islam. It is way of government disguised as a religion. Go try to preach the Word of Christ in Saudi Arabia. Try to take a Bible into Saudi Arabia, or build a church. Islam means submission.

Read Inside Islam: A guide for Catholics 100 Questions and answers, with a forward by Fr. Mitch Pacwa, S.J.

Islamist terrorists are simply following their holy books. And no, the MSM will never tell the truth about Islam. They stil consider it "A religion of Peace"

Read the Koran. Read the Hadith. It is a cult of death. here's a start.

The Koran:

Sura (2:191-193) - "And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution of Muslims is worse than slaughter of non-believers...and fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah."

Sura (4:74) - "Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward."

Sura (4:76) - "Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah…"

Sura (5:33) - "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement"

Sura (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"

Sura (8:39) - "And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah"

Sura (8:57) - "If thou comest on them in the war, deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them, that haply they may remember."

Sura (9:14) - "Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace..."

Sura (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, even if they are of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."

Sura (9:30) - "And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"

Sura (9:123) - "O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness."

Sura (47:4) - "So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make them prisoners,"

Sura (61:4) - "Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way"

Sura (66:9) - "O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey's end

From the Hadith:

Muslim (1:33) - the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah

Bukhari (8:387) - Allah's Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’”

Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, "Kill any Jew who falls under your power."

Ibn Ishaq: 327 - “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”

Ibn Ishaq: 992 - "Fight everyone in the way of Allah and kill those who disbelieve in Allah."

The Koran and hadiths are replete with examples of Muhammad's barbaric behavior. Robert Spencer does a good job here explaining Islam - Blogging the Qur’an Start at the bottom.
