NC hasn’t elected a GOP Governor since 1988 so you can’t lay it all on newly arrived Yankees. Rat power has been stubborn on the local level. As you know Republican only just finally took decisive control of the legislature in the last election.
He’s going to be the Governor. That hag Perdue is toast.
I hope he’s not that big a RINO.
