Newt needs to beat Romney in Iowa.

A Ron Paul win is more or less meaningless since it will be the last state that he wins. If Newt beats Ron Paul (and Romney) that would be, IMHO, a big deal. If Romney beats Newt in Iowa then that is going to cause a bit of glitch in the money raising but Gingrich will survive to make it to SC and FL where he should win with pretty good margins.

Weekly Standard. Another propaganda rag of the country club, eastern establishment republicans. Piss on it and anyone associated with it.

Oh my >_>

The only thing I can gather from this “race” is that we don’t have a viable candidate.

I keep hearing various people saying “any” of them are better than Obama, which to me is just another way of saying “none” of them stand out in any way...but hey that’s just me

I’m with you on your comment. “Ron Paul win in Iowa”. What is it about the nut jobs in Iowa? Too much ethanol in their diets, maybe.

Over 9 MILLION dollars have been spent by Romney, Paul and their supporters attacking Newt in Iowa!!!
This is from Newt’s site.
However, since this was the last debate before the Iowa caucus on January 3rd, we are no longer going to be able to rely on Newt’s extraordinary debate performances to drive his positive message. The $9 million in negative advertising launched by Ron Paul, Mitt Romney and their supporters against Speaker Gingrich is starting to have an impact and we need the resources necessary to respond on the air in Iowa.

The oldest President inaugurated was Ronnie Reagan (69). RP will be 77 if/when he is inaugurated. Ain’t gonna happen...

That poll has a margin of error of +- %5! It’s so bogus.

The data collected between Dec. 8 and 18

A poll with responses from Dec. 13th (on avg) reported on Dec. 22nd in such a fast-changing race is substantially outdated.

This poll is a testament to just how P***ed off the conservation electorate is and both the kenyan usurper and the the RINO dung that is Mitt and Newt....Ron Paul is a kook no doubt about it, but right now I am rooting for a paul will in iowa. Maybe just maybe it will make an opening for Santorum or Bachmann or maybe another conservative will enter the fray????

Newt will beat Romney, but the Libtards are dead set on disrupting the primary by showing up in force and nominating Ron Paul - I agree with alot that RP stands for, but I want someone that can beat Obummer; and its not Romney ...

The Paultards have certainly infiltrated Iowa. What ever he is putting into those ads he has been running against Newt, they must have put something in the water as well.

I still doubt the validity of these polls, knowing the nature of the Paul fanatics.

But there is a silver lining in all of this. Romney is still way behind Newt and if Paul does win Iowa, that is as far as he will get. Newt will still have beaten Romney and will head into the more important states with momentum.

Romney has also become rather over confident and has been shooting his mouth off rather carelessly, trying to nudge himself over to pick up Liberal Obama voters. In other words, Romney will end up being his own worse enemy.

Why do 25% of the independents get a say in the GOP primary?

Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha everybody has been dragging him down for months, yet all he does is win. The American people want their country back. You have been served notice. Not a single step backward. Not one!

It looks like Newt is on the rebound. I saw a very similar poll that went unreported. So maybe all the negative attacks are starting to backfire. The Paul numbers are probably from dimoKKKRAT crossovers. Not much can be done about that in this election cycle. GO NEWT!
