Richard Mark Gergel
Judge of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina
Assumed office: August 9, 2010
Appointed by: Barack Obama
Former personal injury attorney nominated by The One and
elevated to the Federal bench.
Paging Newt Gingrich.
And the Black-Robed Priests strike again, eviscerating a worthy tool to combat illegals.
And Faux-Obama and AP-Obama are all over it.
4*(&ing judges. The fix was in on this one.
Because Obama declares it (whatever the it is) everyone must obey. Whoa, we’re getting a little (a lot) dictatorial these days. Whoever thought that stopping illegals and asking their status would be against the law? Has the Supreme Court ruled on the Arizona suit yet?
Isn’t there a single non-marxist judges out there?
Why every issue is decided by marxist judge? How it is decided which judge is in charge..questions gop not willing to ask
Amazing... we’re simply not allowed to defend against a foreign invasion.
Hey judge - Newt’s coming!! This is a SCOTUS issue not some federal judge’s.
Do States have no rights to defend themselves any more?
His solution is amnesty as “we can’t deport them”. He is part of the problem, not solution.
It appears that the libs just keep going from court to court, escalating their case until they come to a friendly (Marxist, as you would say) judge. This judge then rules in their favor and BAM, they get their way.
States don’t even need legislators thanks to these brilliant judges!
The elite have decided to elect themselves another people.
Since it is the DOJ which is suing them, South Carolina should suspend all cooperation with the Feds on criminal investigations pending the outcome of this case.
Wait a second, they're Repubs right? Ok Judge, have it your way while we lie down & grovel before you! sarc/
Does that mean relatives of Americans from all backgrounds and countries can move to America -- no questions asked? We should turn back in their faces.
