My experience with snakes is that sometimes you can’t see them and sometimes even come close to stepping on them. Snakes are not pompous critters just somewhat sneaky.

Snake like - surely you know the different between a real snake and a pompous ass that is also a snake - roaming around to deceive voters but trying to maintain a presidential look - for appearance sake. He is the MOST pompous. I think his snake like approach has you deceived.
He hasn't done s*&! FOR America - he is a KNOWN LIAR, he flip flops, he's a KNOWN big gov't whore and rino - and you think he running for president 2x's isn't pompous with his record and lack of anything good FOR America? Driving around France to protect his sorry *** instead of serving the country he NOW wants to lead. NOW that is pompous! He had his chance to do something good for America - he failed miserably over and over and over, again, because it's ALL ABOUT HIM and not our country! His way of getting what he lacks is buying it - he is EMPTY when it comes to patriotism. So is barry - his counterpart.

I really wanted to see a strong 3rd party candidate emerge. Trump ain't what I had in mind.
Strong suspicion Romney will end up with the nomination. This process is so damn rigged.

Trump holds a grudge—and he knows a lot of people some of them unsavory folks. I don’t blame Trump—He was used by folks and then, when it was to their advantage to dump on him—they did (ie Huntsman, Michele B.). To his credit Newt didn’t neither did Sarah P. We shall see what Trump’s wrath shall be—It will not be pretty but it will be entertaining to watch. He may wait years for his revenge—but it will come. Yes, he is Vindictive and mean in an old 18th century ways. Watch and see.

He probably wouldn’t even do as well as Nader.

I’m loving this 4 year old thread!
What a lot one learns over 4 years.

(We gave GOP the majority to take care of business and they let us down. Time for Trump/Cruz)

Yes indeed!
Been looking at some 2011 threads. Trump really got kicked around here- and rightfully so. He was woefully unready for the campaign. I think he spent a lot of the last 4 years preparing for this time around- and, frankly, I’m impressed by that.
Oh well, can’t keep bumping this old thread though. Regards.
