There is the “invest where blood is in the streets” strategy.
Life can’t continue when things get too bad, so that is when things get better.
There is a lot of truth in that. A lot of people are going to lose a lot of money. Our job is not to be one of them.

On the other hand they do have Obama helping them by doing everything possible to destroy the dollar.
Maybe he wants to see if he can drive up the price of the Euro so he can sell his asap.
