On Fox
Santorum was at 29,944 (leading by 18).
Romney was at 29,926.

Only update after that was
Keokuk reported 100% of precincts.

Keokuk totals at 94% were:
Romney 73
Santorum 92

Now Fox shows for Keokuk:
Romney 80 (+7)
Santorum 104 (+12)
This is a net GAIN of 5 for Santorum.

But Fox’s updated state total shows a net LOSS of 14 for Santorum:
Santorum 29,968 (leading by 4)
Romney 29,964

Fox shows that was due to a miscalculation of other prior tallies.

Clinton County

Rom San Tot
32% 26%

386 321 707 with 97% reporting

398 331 729 with 100% reporting
+12 +10 +22 gain if pattern holds

Statistically if the 32% and 26% holds, Romney’s net gain would be 2 votes.

He won the same percentage of votes as in 2008. With all that money, establishment endorsements and a ground organization, he had to share the stage with someone else. Its not the vote of confidence Mittens was looking for.

Isn’t this over-the FIX is on - Romney gets the headlines media coverage and high billing with 8 votes?

Santorum once again will be ignored, cast aside, swept under the rug while they elevate newt and perry and never let santorum speak-will he still be on the end caps in the next debate? I wouldn’t be surprised if he was

pathetic but predictable

SANTORUM/WEST 2012

Not necessarily.....everyone knows it was Santorums night, and even better they know it WASN’T Romneys slam dunk night.
So I am happier than a toad in Gods pocket!

So far Santorum has the headlines....and rightfully so...his video is already making the rounds pretty heavily.

Newt is going after Romney with his C-pac and pave the way for Santorum even further, though of course Newt’s in it to win himself. But either one of these candidates is good for us......and the South is Newts unless the Obama/Romney money starts swinging hot and heavy there.

Tis an interesting race and Santorum and Newt are basically one for the other no matter what picture the media paints.

What will further be interesting is Bachmanns next move if or not Ron Paul coninues to want to “score” as he said....though he said in an interview when asked if he could see himslef in the whitehouse...he said..”Not Really”...so he “really” isn’t in this to win but to manipulate votes...he plays Obama and Romneys hands...He’s a traitor to the party and a traitor to this country.

FOX’s analysts including Bill Krystal proclaimed the real winner is Obama
becasue the 2008 Dem caucus had 200,000 voters unlike tonights 150,000
for Republicans.

They had to put in that democrat woman shill what’s her name Kirsten Powers.
Boot her off for Pete’s sake!

PRAY for Santorum....

He did this one vote at a time.....hardly any campaign money.....

..simply being there at every little burg in Iowa ready to state his case....even if only one person showed up!.

Especially after last night and Santorum's wonderful, heartfelt, life affirming speech...

I LOVE THIS GUY!

I think he needs a massive show of support, I especially like his wife, why? Because she is a wife and not a trophy.

It is true indeed. Rick Santorum is a conservative while Romney is the big tent liberal rino choice. May the good Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on sinful America and save some from the wicked evil leftwing and rino right secular humanists.
