Statistically this is a tie, and an unexpectedly good showing for Santorum.

It’s all good. :) No worries.

And yep, they’re going to pull out all the stops to make sure their anointed little Romney gets the nomination. Who will lose to Obama IMO—sometimes I wonder if that’s why they want him.

I know. It’s that it really seems like the MSM and the GOP establishment have anointed Mittens as The Candidate, the will of the voters be damned. They’ll both spin it as a mandate for Mittens instead of what it is: 3 out of 4 voters who wouldn’t give Romney the time of day.

The party machine usually finds the votes and that includes our own Pennsylvania GOP machine that Santorum was loyal to for so many years.

Romney’s “landslide” is laughable.

They want Romney to win the nomination and lose so they can coronate Jeb in 2016.

Newt has actually come out and called Romney a “liar.”

Gingrich will have to fight if he wants to win this thing and I hope Gingrich points out Romney’s two faces on many issues including abortion.

If Santorum is so “pro-life” and “pro-family” you’d think he’d point out Romney’s two faces.

But Santorum was always the darling of the inside the beltway National Right To Life Committee.

NRL’s longtime General Counsel, James Bopp Jr., now is a “family issues” advisor to Mitt Romney, asserting that Romney is “Pro-Life” among other things.

Santorum is a tool to split votes so Romney can win.

After a long delay and inability to find votes, Romney wins by 8 votes.

You’re wrong! If we don’t like the outcome, it must be corrupt. Can’t be that the Romney vote tally is close to the 2008 numbers, that he ran a smart campaign (something we shouldn’t pay attention to), and that a caucus process if fairly decentralized and difficult to fix. It’s corrupt! Corrupt!

Freepers can like Mitt or not (I’ve been trying to stomach him till the McCain endorsement raised my level of bile again) - but I do wish people would be a bit more sane.

CNN talked to Edith Pfeffer, the chairwoman of the Clinton County Republican Party.
Pfeffer said she went to her caucus on Tuesday night and thought the election ran smoothly. She said her daughter asked her around 10 p.m. why one Clinton precinct had not reported its results.
Pfeffer said she knew they had been called in by the precinct chair at 7:48 p.m.
At 11:30, Pfeffer said she got a call from the Romney campaign asking what the figures were for that missing precinct.
about 12:30 p.m., she heard someone pounding on her windows and her front door and ringing her door bell. Startled, she saw her friend Caroline Tallett, another local GOP activist, outside in her yard. “I thought, ‘What in the world is going on?’” Pfeffer said.
Tallett said she was at home watching CNN waiting for the results when she was contacted by a state party official, who said they needed the missing results as soon as possible.
Pfeffer said she’s still not sure exactly why the votes were not recorded, but believes it was “some type of computer glitch.” She insisted the precinct chair called them into the state party and filled out all the appropriate forms.

Were the votes counted at 7:30 pm and then recounted again after 2:00 am to give Romney the win?
How did Carl Rove know which counties and which precincts were not in, while everyone else was looking
for a missing truck from Iowa State University?

Story should read: Republicans disillusioned with Romney. Vote total down from 2008. Candidate can’t even get 25 percent of the total votes.

If you look at the spread of votes, the “Romney Win” is a loss.

Ultimately it will come down to 2 candidates and his support is too narrow to pull it off.

Next up, South Carolina will not go for Mitt.

1. Romney will not win the nomination. His win in IA is a defeat, his support is too narrow to win as the field of candidates dwindles.

2. There are many hands to be played yet.

Hopefully, South Carolina and Florida will end Milt’s lifelong dream.

BUMP!
