I share your feeling about him. He would be better than Obozo, but not by much.

I will not vote for Barack Obama period. I probably will not vote for Ron Paul, either. That sums up my “nots”.

Santorum, Perry or Gingrich would be good presidents but we cannot have Obama again.

What an asinine statement. For all of his flaws, there is no way that he would be even remotely as bad as Barack Obama is for our nation. Anyone who would categorically state they would not vote for Romney under any circumstances is effectively declaring their support for Obama.

I do not want Romney to be the nominee any more than I wanted McCain to be our nominee in 2008, but any idiot should be able to see that Obama's tenure in the White House has been the most destructive 3 years in our nation since Carter's term and very possibly since Wilson's presidency.

Obama hasw not been "an incompetent statist," he has been a very competent statist. He has moved us further down the path towards statism than many would have believed possible.

That you can even make that statement demonstrates just how out of touch you are with reality.

Big Money Spender - it comes down to this: stick with a foreign born marxist usurper, who DAILY violates the Constitution because he fancies himself an emperor, or hold your nose and sacrifice to save The United States of America. I'll vote for America, "Land where my fathers died, land of the Pilgrim's pride" every damn time.

Given that you are a very big money spender, and apparently proud of it, I don't expect you to understand that 0bama will destroy this Country by spending it to death!

I will NEVER vote for Romney.

He is a “white and delightsome” (to use a Mormon phrase) Obama. He is no better and the fact that he lies and claims he is a republican when politically he is the same makes him worse.

For all of you who think Romney is better than Obama, you are playing right into their hands. You are the reason we keep getting people like Romney and McCain - the GOP knows you will cave and vote for the liberals they put up.

Romney will never win.

It is time to take a stand. NO ROMNEY, NO OBAMA!

Matthew 5 33-37
Words of our Lord...

33Again, you have heard that it has been said by them of old time, You shall not perjure yourself, but shall perform unto the Lord your oaths:
34But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:
35Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
36Neither shall you swear by your head, because you can not make one hair white or black.
37But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these comes from evil.

I agree with you, it’s most appropriate to oppose Romney now, he has serious challengers and we have every right to pick a better nominee.

I do NOT favor Romney for the nomination. I think Santorum is a very sincere stable candidate and it’s a shame if he doesn’t have the star power of the others.

While I agree with the distrust of Romney, his current positions are conservative. I don’t assume Romney would take office with a republican congress and suddenly switch back to pro abortion, pro Obama care, etc. In any event, Obama is full on leftist at this point.

If Hillary Clinton won the Republican nomination and was running against Obama for president who would you vote for?

I would vote for the PIAPS because even though she too is a communist she is not as radical a communist as Obama.

Romney is about as conservative as Bill Clinton and I would vote for Clinton over Obama over and over til they haul me away for vote fraud.

Again until the convention anyone but Mitt (Paul and Hunstman don't matter) and after that anyone but Obama—THAT has to be our battle cry.

Santorum, Perry and then Newt. Those are who I support and the order I support them.

But, if we continue to see our full conservative vote split and Romney wins the GOP nomination, as a matter of last resort I will vote for him. At least he is saying mostly the right htings and I believe a Tea Party oriented House and Senate will ensure he does them.

Obama is an out and out marxist, destroying our nation, trampling our constitution with impunity, willfully destroying the free market to replace it with a command economy, and porostrationg himself befor our enemies.

Romney will do none of these things, despite his flip-flops. I personally believe he said what he did to get elected in Mass. and then changed back to run for the GOP presidency out of political expediency...so it is right to ensure he is not the nominee if possible, and to hold his feet to the fire if he is.

But I will not be any part of not voting, or voting independent this election cycle and handing the presidency back to the marxist Obama who will be orders opf mgnitude worse than Romney and who will finish the fundamental change he has started. IMHO, doing so just plays into our enmies hands plain and simple.

“Romney IS Obama, why can’t you people see that?”

Well, one reason is that Romney simply is not Obama. We need to start from a position of at least the most basic reality.

Nor is Romney remotely like Obama in his STATED positions. I don’t think that can be argued with. The issue is a distrust of Romney because as governor of Massachussetts Romney absolutely did liberal things.

I definitely will agree that Rick Santorum and Rick Perry are more sincere conservatives. Especially Santorum.

By voting for a Romney, assuming he wins the primary, you are ensuring 8 more years of progressivism.

At least with Obammy we have another shot in 4 years.

“If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures.”
