UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.
Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

When I opened my briefcase, my laptop was not there. I thought, that I might have forgotten it during TSA check, I called TSA lost and found, they never responded. When I arrived in LAX and went to TSA, they said, that it wasn’t found.
It never happened to me before. When I arrived in HI, I went to FEDEX-Kinkos, I needed to notarize my Pro Hac Vice papers for AL.
They did not have a notary, so I walked to a bank, came back, wanted to scan and e-mail the docs, was told that the Internet is down at FEDEX and will be down till the next day. Luckily the Internet was working at another FEDEX. Even my glasses were gone, luckily I had another pair of glasses.
I thought that the glasses could’ve fallen out of my purse, but the laptop could not fall out. It is a set back, but I will manage. The whole thing added to the level of stress, associated with this hearing, considering that I sent my docs 3 times, just to make sure that the docs do not disappear, so now the laptop disappeared”

Exactly right. More importantly, it comes down to who gets to decide what the Framers' definition of NBC was.
As others have pointed out over the years, the things she experienced were brought about by - DEMOCRATS. A person with reasoning ability would see that it was a party which did great harm to blacks, and they would have nothing to do with it. Instead, blacks still vote Democrat in overwhelming numbers. It’s senseless.
The South was once the center of strength for the Mighty Democrat Party. Then LBJ came along and gave us the second rotting Entitlement crop, and Plantation Entitlement has grown exponentially ever since. ( FDR’s SSS was the first rotting crop.)
Ex-Democrat Reagan comes along and the thinking Democrats increased their exit rate from the Democrat Party. To quote President Reagan: “I didn’t leave the Democrat Party, they left me!” Thus, “the Reagan Democrats” became a MSM buzz phrase.
Today, the Democrat Party probably doesn’t exist, as all of the public statements from the Left are consistent with that of the Socialist-Democrat Party Leaders, or the Bolshevik Socialist actions of Chairman Obama.
In order to not bring further shame on the once Mighty Democrat Party, these last hold-outs to Democrat traditions are leaving too.
To not welcome these new ex-Democrats to Free Republic, would be a mistake of gigantic proportions.

What did happen was that a DC gangbanger with the odd name of Lieutenant Quarles Harris ( LQ or Footie to his friends) got busted for being part of an identity theft ring. He and his accomplices, he told the cops, had a guy in the passport processing office who was selling them applications they’d use to get credit cards. Out on bail, he was murdered. From this story, some people have spun a story that bold investigator Lt. Quarles Harris was murdered for looking at Obama’s passport file.
