UPDATE: An Alabama Court has announced that it will hear arguments as to whether Barack Hussein Obama II is in fact eligible to appear on the State Presidential Primary Ballot.
Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to "prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings."

If it happens now, before election, various states can find him ineligible per US constitution and their own basic need to find him constitutionally eligible for the ballot in that state. The truth is that he is ineligible. I dont know why. But his long form is phony. Why would you show a phony BC? He’s obviously somehow ineligible. No riots. Just a huge national embarrassment to black and white alike that this ever happened.
I’m surprised the MSM is not all over this story about people in Alabama attempting to remove Obama from the ballot.
Eric Holder will be busy for a while filing counter lawsuits to put pressure on any state that tries to honestly verify Obama’s credentials.

Any prospect of getting this ruling in a blue or swing state? This is great news because this revives general interest in zero’s background, BC forgery, and NBC controversy.
If Holder tries to force the state court to put zero on the ballot, there will be trouble.
Putting aside for the moment the glaring defects in the birth certificates (or rather Certificate of Live Birth) that have been presented to the public, I accept the claim that BHO was born in Hawaii. That makes him a US Citizen.
So, don’t call me a “birther”.
However, BHO in his autobiography stated that his father was Kenyan. that makes him a person who is NOT “natural born”, because one of his parents was not a citizen when he was born here.

As far as I am concerned, the federal judiciary has shown themselves to be pitiful careerists. Every single one who has heard any of the many POTUS eligibility suits has moved heaven and earth to keep such litigation from proceeding to discovery where third parties could be compelled to produce documents relating to BHO’s status.
I for one would like to know more about BHO’s trip to Pakistan when he was about 20 years old. There are several good questions about that trip that relate exactly to the question of just who exactly BHO really is:
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
We can see how corrupt our government and major institutions are (media and colleges who hold BHO records), by the large number of people who do not want to come forth with the facts as they know them. In fact, by the large number of people who are willing to spend millions to suppress these facts.
Comes down to the definition of Natural Born Citizen.
Only if you're a RAT, and smart enough to be embarrassed.
