The Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Show Thread - January 11, 2012
The EiB Network ^ | 01/11/2012 | Rush Limbaugh

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

Wow IMPR, this is the strongest comments I have seen posted by you! :)=^..^=

I know Mitt is a pure RINO, but what you have written would degrease the RINO coat off Mitt!

As respectfully as I can. I’m a Palin supporter and most people here know that. I could go Gingrich or Santorum now that she’s not getting in. I made a comment on what I thought of Rush’s overblown defense reaction with Romney. I am not a Paulbot or anything else. Anyone who thinks that obviously has never been on many Palin threads. And, oh dear, let’s never criticize Rush. Come on. Symbolism? Your opinion has as much ‘substance’ as mine. They’re opinions... that goes for everyone else too.

:) I don’t think he’s Satan; just a typical run of the mill New England “Republican”.

[The first few minutes of Rush today were spent reaming Willard Romney a new one.]

...then later he almost ran out of breath giving RIGHT ON”S to Romney.

Bain Capitol and their business associates with their influences on talk radio are far reaching.

God bless Rush for always searching for the truth. Fox News has become unwatchable after two months of blatant manipulation to push for Romney.

I have learned here we freepers are a mixed bunch....some hear soundbites and bark at the moon....some read the WHOLE FREEPIN article then bark and some take notes do research and become “up to speed”

you can tell by the posters comments....lazy questions answered 4 posts above em etc....

years ago I pennned this

A conservative reads every post, a republican reads from where they joined in and a liberal only reads what they wrote

another example from this thread this day is the rumor the Tea Party is dead............my ass it’s dead

Tea Party Tribune and West United are gettin CONSERVATIVES elected as is Soward in NM....your next CONSERVATIVE senator

WTIC radio now reporting on some survey that states that Connecticut is the #1 worst state in the US in which to retire. High taxes, utility prices, weather, etc. No surprise to me.

Looking forward to *someday* when we're outta here!

To sort of change the subject, are you a History Channel fan?

Have you noticed that they seem to be going after the “conservative,” rural male demographic big time?

The promo for the “Swamp People” show touts that bailing out a boat is the only kind of bailout these folks believe in, and in the Larry the Cable Guy promo, he humorously declares that if you don’t watch his “Only in America” show, that you’re a communist who needs to leave the country immediately.

Sorry - just sickened that we have become okay with attacking the free market and capitalism. Romney is a terrible candidate, and has so many positions on which to attack, yet Noot and Perry decided to attack him on the one thing I don’t fault him for.

"So what you're saying is it's all an exercise in futility?"

More an exercise in reality.

"Or do you have a candidate you think would do more, and better, than Newt? If so, cool, though it would be nice to be enlightened as to why I should switch from Newt to someone else. But if all you have is despair, then ... maybe a gardening forum, or a sports forum or some such, would be a better place for you and for FR. Resigned despair is for losers."

You can cut the valley girl histrionics. My experience with any given candidate is that what I think he would do, could do, or should do doesn't come true when the candidate gets into office. George W. Bush was such a candidate, but there is no way I would have voted for the alternative.

I will be supportive is Newt gets the nomination. I suggest that whatever you think he would do, he probably won't. Newt says some nice things, and talks tough. Picture Newt on a couch with Pelosi.

I'm not going to elaborate, but I have fought losing battles, knowing that I was going to lose, resigned to losing, but fought anyway because it was the right thing to do. Time proved me right in some of those battles. I have fought and won, and fought and lost. But I fought nonetheless.

Thanks for the advice on what would be a better place for me, and for now, I will restrain from suggesting where you should go.

"I don't know what radio program you've been listening to today, but I don't think its the same Rush Limbaugh show I've been listening to. .....Rush lampoons some of these political fools with dripping sarcasm. Perhaps the sarcasm is not obvious enough for some to detect."

Ain't THAT the truth! bttt

I’m just making it in! I was shocked when I saw a poll yesterday that only 5% of the NH populace listed Health Care as their biggest concern. Uh, let’s see, “live free or die” voters not getting the destruction of liberty that comes with Obamacare. I guess that 95% of them are chosing the “or die” option.

Romney supports abortion; Romney supports the gay agenda...of course he isn't Satan, but he works for the company.

I’ve noticed that. I always LOL @ the Larry the Cable Guy thing. Also - do you know why Sarah’s face is blurred out in the promo that includes him visiting Alaska?
