AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

This caller is right. It used to be an honor to be “picked” to work. Now it is worthy of mocking.

Hardest jobs you'll ever have are the first ones. Usually doing the work other Americans won't do.

Ha ha. I just think for every second of rambling, we get to pelt Paul with whatever object is nearby and handy.

He would have to agree with her, you’d think. I was watching Rush on the dittocam. He looked to have a somewhat condescending expression and eye rolls. I’m not sure what that means. His face should have been lit up as she was basically proving conservative ideals.

I’d have to ensure a bucket of rotting vegetables was handy for everytime I heard his whiny voice.

I actually fell in love with Santorum last night. When he punched back at Romney on the felon voter issue I was clapping!!!

My issue with Noot isn’t that he isn’t a good debater. You may say he is a master debater (bada bing). I just don’t find him trustworthy. He’s like a time share salesman. His pitch is smooth, and the way he desribes your “share” leaves you drooling; but when after you plunk down the cash and go to use your timeshare - you find out it’s just some roach infested motel.

True sometimes people do have bad days. One day I was working at Staples and my dad was in the hospital, so my manager asked me if something is on my mind, since he had 4 complaints about me.

I have been on the fence about buying “Ameritopia,” but Rush may have pushed me over the top.

I guess that’s one way to look at Newt. I’m still glass is half full on him.

I still support Santorum and thought he had a good debate too, but he needs to get more questions. He shouldn’t have to debate RuPaul mostly.

Damm, Rush is really going on and on about Newt. Has he done this most of the show? I just turned him on a few minutes ago. He must really really be in the bag for Romney.

Yes, Rush was thrilled with Noot’s performance last night.

Ron Paul shouldn’t even be at the debates. His cult is complaining that all those people who booed him were “bussed in warmongers” bussed in just to boo Ron Paul. Jeez, they see a conspiracy everywhere.

"...they view any attack on their cult leader as an attack on themselves and their ideas, such as they are. That may explain why they react so violently when you challenge them."

IMHO, the same can be said for a few of our ultra-religion folk on here.

My first job was delivering Hartford Times. I did learn about customer service and I did learn about getting stiff when the Times folded.

Second job was at D & L a local department store.
