Will sit this one out. I expect turnout will be pretty low.

With the way things are going I think you’ll see a low turnout nationwide.

After all, why bother with primaries when the loser has already been appointed?

As far as I’m concerned, the states should call off their primaries, save some money, and force the people to face reality.

Pardon me judge but WTF do you get paid for???????

If the appeal made it to your bench than obviously it got there by following a valid legal process. So go back to your little nappy room, pull up your blankets, read some law and STFU.

"The candidates argued that the 10,000 signature requirement and the Virginia rule that only registered state voters may collect petition signatures violates the Constitution.

Frankly, I think Virginia's rule is fine. It stops non-state people from interfering in Virginia's election process. And I'm not a citizen of Virginia or a Romney/Ron Paul supporter.

Perry has pissed off a lot of college students in Texas by signing this bill:

What kind of judges are these? Not the right kind that should be on courts.

OK You read it here FIRST! This post will be famous!

This is GREAT news!!

This is enough to throw the Romney auto-victory into the wastebasket at the convention. Declare it null and void.

Open nomination by majority Tea Party delegates - and . . . well read my Tagline!

Mullins’ days in politics are about over. You read through his list of elections, positions, awards, triumphs, and so forth at http://www.rpv.org/node/245 and consider the fact that when he finally reached the apex of almost any professional campaign manager ~ State Chairman ~ he had TWO RESIDENTS FROM VIRGINIA VYING TO GET ON THE VIRGINIA PRIMARY BALLOT and he blew it big time! Just totally FAIL. Snaked out by a guy who’s never had a real job (Bolling) and another one who’s got so much money he never needed one (Romney).
