Why not sit down with the WaPo before Iowa or New Hampshire? Well, Mitt’s Super PAC did the dirty work in the Hawkeye State and there isn’t much of an evangelical voter bloc in New Hampshire.
So the former Mrs. Gingrich grants her interviews before a primary where Newt is surging and the evangelical vote is critical. Wonder what sort of “arrangements” were made to get her to speak up at such an opportune moment (for her, the media, and a certain former governor of Massachusetts).
