Sheesh - so RPaul wants to gut our military to buy drugs and healthcare? His answer was OK on that healthcare question until he got off track (and I can’t stand him, so that was a real concession for me)

“Santorum is such a dweeb. Why are they giving him so much time tonight?”

Maybe because he won Iowa or something like that. Why all the hatin’ on Santorum? LOL. He would make a fine president.

If you consider Newt a RINO you’d have to more consider Santorum a RINO. His record is much more big-gubmint than Newt’s. And Newt has a litany of conservative accomplishments where all Rick has are positions.

It’s because Santorum doesn’t handle losing well. During one of the earlier debates, when Herman Cain was in his prime, Santorum started trying to bring audience members into the discussion by asking if they wanted 9-9-9.

Gingrich has the ability to admit his mistakes. I don’t see that quality in many other politicos...if any.

Santorum is really disappointing me tonight. He's coming across as a whiny crybaby

This has been the problem with this good, good man since last May.

Please don't tell me you are seeing it for the first time tonight.

You are wrong. Santorum was shamed when Newt said, Yo, I helped you when you were a Junior Senator.

Then RIckey got all snotty on Newt when in reality Newt has helped and supported Rick’s career along the way.

Rick is disgusting for not respecting Newt for Newt’s willingness to support Rick’s early career. Why Rick S even be on the stage if all he is going to do is bash the most Conservative Candidate?

Santorum needs to go kiss his wife and seven kids and go home.

That was a totally sleesoid question they gave Newt. Probably trying to set him off his game.

And Gingrich conceded Santorum was right (which he was). Gingrich did support an individual mandate....

How come no one around here talks about that? I'm queasy about Gingrich but who else we got?

Yes, it’s true that medical costs spiraled out of control after the government got involved in healthcare. Rpaul is right.

Newt's never hid from his past support for the concept. As he's said throughout the primary season, just like the Heritage Foundation which originated the idea in the late 80s/early 90s, he realized it was unworkable and a bad idea.

“I love Newt... but, he would NOT be good President. He’s a BiG Government Progressive.. and, PROUD of it.”

Yeah, you’re probly right. Sarah Palin and Jim Rob are supporting him. He must not be much of a conservative. We all know what dumbbells they are.
